I don't like the glasses at all. They were created as bifocals which I hate. I wasn't given an option on your website to opt out of them being made into bifocals. I decided to go ahead with them anyway and I'm sorry I did. Plus, they seem weird when I wear them - like the prescription is wrong or something. And the peripheral vision is off. I could not even wear them for 2 minutes. I hate them and will be throwing them away. A complete waste of money.

I was excited about their stylish frame selection, but the lenses are unfortunately subpar—even after multiple attempts to get them right. If you're just looking for frames, they might be worth considering, but I recommend getting your lenses elsewhere. I tried twice because I loved their frame options, but they just can't seem to make proper multifocal lenses. They blamed me for choosing frames that were 'too big' for multifocals, yet I've successfully used larger frames with multifocal lenses from other companies. Their customer service was quite rude though it’s possible something was lost in translation since English isn't their first language. (Quote “ OK, if you insist to use these big frames, we will do as you want, hope that there will be no problem anymore.If it's still doesn't work, and we will not take responsibility of it again”) Overall, I can't recommend them for prescription glasses.

You receive glasses that you cannot use. The lenses do not match your prescription and they try to blame you for it. After I wrote a bad review previously they contacted me trying to pay me to remove my bad review. I will not be silenced by this company. They do not stand behind their return policy stating customer error. Do not use this company

Received my three pair of progressive glasses. I can no see clearly through the progressive part clearly enough to wear them. So far I have been told they will replace one pair. Them I was told that I could return them to China and that shipping would be very expensive and that I would be responsible for any duty that may apply. This is the worst company I have ever had any dealings with and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Buyer beware!!!

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and only received 1 pair & that took at least 6 weeks or longer. I had to contact them to tell them I still hadn’t received the other 2 pair and had to send my prescription to them again and they said they would make them and get them here as soon as they could, well I’m still waiting 2 months later.. I will never order from here again.

My glasses aren't the correct perscription.

The initial pair I received had glare to them, the prescription felt off and gave me a headache, and another package of 3 pair I’m still waiting on even though the tracking days it was delivered.

You did not make them correctly. I cannot see up close like to read.
