worst glasses ever. i bought 3 pairs thinking if one of them was ok, it would be fine. the 1st pair creaked like they were about to break as soon as i unfolded the arms. the 2nd and 3rd pair felt flimsy. none of them were even close to my prescription. my current glasses are 6 years old and still see better with them than these cheap things. these are the epitome of Hong Kong knockoffs. add to that, i never received an actual receipt or invoice (paid by credit card) and i couldn't find an address anywhere, so getting reimbursed by my health care plan is not going to happen. i'll be returning the glasses for the 50% refund (srsly?) as soon as i can figure out where they hid that option on the site.

lenses in sun glasses not even close to being dark enough, and the transition pair I ordered barely change

I paid extra money so the glasses would arrive sooner than later, I had to contact the company 3 times before I received the glasses. I am very disappointed. Also, they were supposed to replace my sunglasses weeks ago and I still don't have them. Not likely to reorder from this company.

I only received one of THREE pairs of glasses I ordered on the same order. No response on where my other two pairs are.

I ordered the 3 for $119 deal and it took over 3 weeks to get them Then when they showed up they were incorrect. I emailed them and they first stated they were 100% correct, without even asking what was wrong. Then they asked me to take photos of my current glasses and theirs, telling me the ones I ordered from them were "too big" even though they were smaller than my current ones. Then they asked me to take them to someone who could figure out what was wrong with them. Trying to see through what they made was like wearing beer goggles, all distorted and wavy. After explaining this they offered me 1/2 the money back and gave me an address in China to return them AT MY EXPENSE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS AS ITS A SCAM!!!!! They will not make any reasonable attempt to help you once you receive their substandard product. Unless you only need single vision lenses, you are not going to get something that works, nor will you get your money back!!! The way they operate, once they have your money they don't have to give you a working product because you will never get all of your money back. They will offer you less than $.50 on your original $1.00.

They have treated my wife and I terribly. Blamed us for their faulty product then I have to spend my evenings after work fighting with them over email. This has went on for days . They are the worst possible company a person can buy from. Blame the customer, steal their money then refuse to give a refund unless the customer pays for shipping . When they should pay to have their crap product sent back to whatever country they are from. Do not buy from them because if something happens they will not help you in any way. They will blame you and tell you it is your fault. Look through the reviews they do this all the time. Run from this company and spend your money elsewhere

worst customer service ever Swindlers,Cheaters,Discrimination, Prejudice...horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Absolutely horrible customer service! They called my wife fat, incompetent and stupid. Swindlers, cheaters and will manipulate you to try to get you to bow down to their system. They messed up on six pairs of my wife's glasses.The progressives. I wrote a bad review. they told me to take it down or I wasn't going to get my glasses. I took it down and then they're telling me i'm only going to get three pairs of glasses. Then they will send the other three when I get the first set. It's against the law and our government to steal from our people. We have over forty emails with them. And they continue to try to manipulate and scandalize us. My wife has single lands vision with them, and they were great. We ordered progressives because her doctor suggested it. Got the glasses from her and she could only see out of a dime sized part of the glasses and this company had the audacity to call my wife stupid and that it's her fault she cant see correctly. Really? WTF? Talk about discrimination against the Americans and our culture. So until my wife gets all six pairs of her glasses, we will not take this down and be manipulated again. Seems to be the going thing with all the reviews I read. I will continue to post until this gets situated. It is my legal right to do. So until my wife gets all six pairs of her glasses like she medically needs i won't take this down. they should be placed in jail for doing this to people. it is theft in the highest regard . don't buy from them ever my wife has had to suffer needlessly because of their careless approach to customer service. what a waste they make a faulty product then proceed to blame the customer. Then they steal money and refuse to make things right. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRID COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS THEY WILL NOT HELP. YOU WOULD DO BETTER BUYING GLASSES FROM THE DOLLAR TREE. This is the following day and now because I refuse to take down the bad review they are refusing to send any glasses to fix the problem. Which is theft They are full of lies, manipulation and receipt. Medically , with holding people's glasses, then stealing their money on top of it, Now they continue to refuse to give a refund . So they for real are stealing from people They are theives who steal from customers. I am not the only one this has happened too. Look through the reviews They do this often then make the customer pay shipping for a faulty product
