I wish is could give them 1 star! I order the 3 for 119 on 10/24! One pair arrived 18 days later and they were extremely blurry! I sent a message inquiring about the other 2 pair a was told that they held the other 2 to ensure I could use the first pair! Incredible! After asking for my refund I was sent part and not all! I requested an address to send this UNUSEABLE pair of glasses and received a response “be honest and not clever” Can you believe this coming from a seller to a customer! Incredible! Please take your business elsewhere! Not sure where the positive comments are coming from but this company does horrible business! Please beware!

I bought 3 pair of glasses and can't see out of any of them.

Ordered progressive glasses for my husband. Distance was fine but he could not read with them. Everything is blurry. Requested refund since they advertised guaranteed satisfaction. Have been going back and forth with someone who does not write very good English, requesting prescription and a picture with glasses on him. Sent x 2 despite they should have the prescription from the original order. I also ordered glasses at the same time but have not received them. Hopefully I don’t have the same problem. I will not be ordering from them again! now they are trying to tell me his prescription is really my prescription! Obviously they cannot get things straight! ****Not true what they replied. It has happened just as stated above!

I can not see out of either pair of glasses

I ordered three pair and only got two and no refund. Terrible communication. They do not respond when you communicate. Never order again.

Their 90 day guarantee means nothing. I ordered 2 pair of glasses. Both are wrong, blurry. First they said they would remake the one pair. Offered me a $40 refund for the other pair. Now they refuse to remake the one pair. $40 refund for a $93 order is all they offer. Been trying to get a new pair or the rest of the money for 3 months.

I ordered 3 pairs of progressives. All three pairs were made wrong. They said they would remake ONE pair. They finally agreed to remake two, even though I paid for THREE. They still haven't sent the two pairs they agreed to remake. That was August 1st..3 1/2 months ago. When I enquired as to the status they referred me to an old email that said they would send tracking info when they were shipped. Like I said that was14 weeks ago. I've left comments on their FB ad which are promptly deleted and they have blocked me. If you're ordering single vision you're probably going to be very happy. I have exchanged messages with several others who have had a similar experience with this company. Again, they delete any and all negative comments. This is a cheap Chinese company who knows we can't do a thing about their shoddy workmanship as we have no protections or recourse. Buyers beware! I completely lost just under $150.00.

When I received my glasses, the bottom part of them were blurry I have sent countless emails back-and-forth between the company and myself and they don’t want to make good on their product. They only wanna offer me half of my money back . even though I can’t see out of the glasses, they don’t want to make it right. Beware of this company.
