I purchased progressives. The reading part is distorted I am seeking a refund

The quality was terrible. Quality control was non-existent. With one of the pairs of glasses the lens rims, looked as though someone used a screwdriver or a chisel to gouge out the inner rim where the lens sits to fit the lens. To top it off, I try them on, something tickles my cheek, I take them off, a long black hair is glued into the rim with the lens. I pull it, it snaps off. the rest of the hair is still in the glasses. I will not be wearing these glasses. Ever. People avoid buying from this site. Save your money.

The glasses didn't fit and vision was like drunk goggles but NO RETURN FOR ME! This company makes a substandard product, in my opinion, and they do not honor their "money back guarantee."

I am a resident of Israel and before I placed my prescription order, I checked Muukal:shipping location and Israel was on the list of shipping destinations so placed the order made payment and received a confirmation. The next day, I received an email from customer support asking me if I reside in Israel because it will take long time to get to Israel. I responded that I currently reside in Israel and don't mind waiting. I then received an notification that my orders was cancelled. I immediately responded that was not acceptable and I insist that they ship the order ni matter how long it takes. I then received received another email advising me that they don't ship to Israel, yet the site continues to offer the option. This is not the way a reputable company conducts business.

***update*** this is not a misunderstanding and the company will not honor their "no hassle" return policy unless I remove my review. Their online contact form does not work so they are implying I'm lying just to leave a negative review. Check online for other reviews that show this company tries blackmail frequently. The only reason they even contacted me is because of this review and have never even asked about the actual issue, they are more focused on not having a bad review. I'll be providing screenshots on reviews I'll be making elsewhere as well. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a reply/response from customer service regarding my orders. Not responding doesn't mean that the no questions asked return/refund doesn't apply.

I have bought three pair of glasses which are bifocals, two of the three the lens were set in them wrong !! I have tried for two months to have them correct the mistake. All they have done is give me a run around. I only have 3 months to return them ! It took over two weeks to get them. Now only have till December 17th to get them replaced or my money back because they start you 90 replacement time as of the day you place the oreder. There is no way to talk to someone on the phone !! They only give supply a email or text message which the text message is not answered after trying for two days. I don't understand this practice you should be ab l e to talk with someone on the phone to resolve a situation!!! Beware if you buy from this over seas company !!!!! As you can see below from the company ONCE AGAIN the response to thIs issue is we can not find your name. The next response is can we have the service number. Even after you supply them with all of whatever they ask from you to provide you have bought from this company already. Then they ask for pictures next which was given now they wont answer email's. Please be aware of there practice if you buy from them.

They deserve NEGATIVE stars. First of all, the website is full of lies. I spent $144 on glasses that arrived so badly bent up that they could not be worn. The local optometrist at Dr. Black's said not only are the PRESCRIPTIONS slightly off in all three glasses, but the progressive bifocal field in the the lens on the metal sunglasses is SKEWED AT AN OBVIOUS UPWARD ANGLE and would likely cause vertigo and other vision issues even if they could be worn. The girl tried to bend them back into wearable shape, but was afraid to break them, the metal was so flimsy. This company refuses to provide a prepaid mailer to return these damaged and INCORRECTLY MADE items. They refuse to provide FULL REFUNDS for the damaged items. AND THEY HAVE STOPPED REPLYING TO EMAILS ENTIRELY ABOUT THE SUBJECT, as if ignoring me and my problems with these janky flimsy incorrectly made badly bent up glasses will just go away if they ignore it. BOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE DESERVES NOTHING BUT TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR FRAUDULENT ADVERTIZING, FAILING TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON PROMISES MADE IN THEIR ADVERTIZING, AND FOR PUSHING BAD PRODUCTS ON CUSTOMERS!!!!!! Also, they are LIARS about not being allowed to see the script - it was IN the photos they were sent of the damaged glasses! AND THE PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO THE GLASSES UPON THEIR ARRIVAL HERE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ACTUAL PRESCRIPTION IN THE FIRST BLOODY PLACE!!!! SO THEY ARE MAKING EXCUSES FOR SOMETHING THAT IS INEXCUSABLE AND JUST SHOWING THEMSELVES TO BE EVEN WORSE LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not happy with my new glasses. The frames are way too big for my face/head despite buying a small size and using their try-on feature. The lens prescription (premium progressive) seems off too. These glasses are cheap, but unwearable. I didn't save any money.
