Horrible customer service. They made my glasses wrong and refused to refund or remake. They sent terrible and insulting messages when I filed a claim with PayPal. I’ll do a charge back with my bank.

None of my glasses were correct. Paid for three- they offered to remake one. That one doesn’t work for me, either. Total scam.

This is Scam three pairs in $119 or best ever $164. They just send glasses not made by the best machine even very light UV protection so how you can believe the progressive photo chronic lenes. Then try to give lollipop we will give one extra first is incorrect so how you can send now perfect don't stick with Scam Order no 12411491015 waited 15 days for and received low quality progressive lens you can not see, read or walk. I think all the reviews are bought by them

Can’t see a single thing out of the glasses. One of the orders was supposed to be bifocal and they both came as progressive. The frames fit beautifully, however, and look good. Lenses are a total waste of time and money.

I cannot see out of either pair I bought. I feel like the focal point is off. I guess I better stop trying to purchases eye glasses online.

Person responsible did not seem to understand the problem. I have worn glasses for 40 years and have NEVER been told I could not choose the frame I wanted but needed a rectangular shape so my prescription could be filled. Very unprofessional and does not install confidence for for further purchases. Won't order again.

I received 3 pairs of glasses\. Two for me, and one pair for my wife. I received very cheap quality glasses with an incorrect prescription on all 3 pairs! They redid the 3 glasses using a verified a copy of both prescriptions. Again they messed up the glasses. They would only refund $50 of the $150 paid. Bad company!

Second time wearing my new glasses and the arm snapped. EDIT: After twice requesting a repair or replacement from Milan I have received requests that I remove my negative review. One request was met with “Okay please remove your negative review first” NO! I will NOT remove an honest review regarding the poor quality of your product! No you cannot force me to do so by refusing to replace my glasses. I WILL be filing a chargeback request from my credit card company over these duplicitous business practices. I am disgusted and I refuse to lie to protect a company that will not stand behind their product.
