AMAZING!! I ordered the 3 pairs for $119 offer. All were very good and good quality. I was very surprised and pleased with them.. Except... after I received them, i realized that I had made an error on my order (my fault). I contacted customer service and explained my error and asked how much it would be to re-order the pair I had made the error on. They sent me a NEW pair, no charge!!! Wow!! Awesome customer service there!!! Thank you Thank you! I am a customer for life now!

Muukaloptical is absolutely amazing. I ordered the 3 for $119 which came out to $210 Canadian. I ordered all progressive sunglasses and customer service texted me and asked if I wanted all sunglasses or if I wanted to try the photochromic on one pair for no charge. I agreed. They arrived in 3 weeks. I love them. I would pay $700 here for one pair cause I don't have insurance. One pair came first and I was worried so I texted customer service and they replied within hours and told me they were sent in 2 shipments and they gave me the tracking number for the second shipment which arrived 2 days later . I ordered 3 pair of glasses.

I have used Muukal twice for prescription glasses and their products and customer service are outstanding. The first time I ordered 3 sets of progressive lenses. All three sets arrived as described. One set had the proportion of the progressive lens in an unsatisfactory configuration and when I advised, Muukal remade these glasses correctly. Then I ordered a second set of 3 prescription sunglasses progressives which are also excellent. The pricing is great, the delivery is quick and the customer service is responsive. I have used several online spectacle makers and Muukal is the best.

I just recently bought 4 pair of glasses cuz they have such a variety of glasses. The customer service was so nice, if I had a problem they answered quickly. I will have to say I’m have to say I’m a little addicted because of their variety I want several more. It’s nice to change up your glasses with different outfits! Check them out!!

I got 3 pair of "spook"tacular glasses from the Halloween collection and I love them all. I'm a Licensed Optician and have the ability to verify that all the parameters were made to the ANSI standards. After many (30 years) of working in the field I have always been disappointed that none of the places I have ever worked had amazing funky styles. I'm going on a goth cruise in March and I love these to death. The prices are amazing. I got the premium anti-reflective coating (easier to clean/ slightly harder to scratch), the premium (wider viewing area) progressive, and photochromic (changes color in the sun) on all 3 pairs for less than 1 pair even with my employee discount. They arrived sooner than expected. They were perfectly set in standard alignment and all I had to do was raise the earpiece to drop down the side that was sitting high because my ears are wonky. They came with cases and microfiber clothes and even some stick on nose pads to help if the fit wasn't perfect on the bridge of your nose. I'm impressed and would give them 6 stars if I could.

I got exactly what I ordered...with one exception I wanted rimless and the poor makers didn't have long enuff screws for my lenses they were to thick lol so they instantly gave me a choice to order another pair or refund .and instantly got repremanded.I CAN SEE AGAIN AND WITH THESE PRICES I WAS ABLE TO GET SEVERAL PAIRSfor the first time in my life I'm 57 I'm ecstatic thank you muukal.sincearly dawn
