Its been 36, not even a auto reply? Saying well get back to you..nothing. but I can get your attention here? Ordered 3 pairs of glasses, All are of poor quality. Maybe they're ok for single vision..not good with progresive lenses? I contacted the service department and haven't heard back? I hope I don't need to get my visa involved for a refund.

Can’t get a phone number. I ordered 4 pair of glasses and only received 2. I have texted them but don’t have the tracking number and there’s no way or where to find it.

I ordered and received 6 pairs of glasses. The frames are nice and the prescription was accurate. I ordered 1.74 ultra-high index lenses on all of them. The only problem I had was with one pair of glasses; the lenses were very thick. Just one pair. So I contacted the company. The customer service rep rudely informed me that the reason my lenses were thick was because they were VERY LARGE. (This was on a frame that was listed as XS on their web site.) Because my other glasses had similar or even larger lenses, I asked for clarification, which resulted in the representative becoming even more insulting and condescending. After several increasingly disdainful emails, the representative said I could either order glasses with smaller lenses or take a $50 refund. I took the refund rather try to deal with them further. I think this was probably a simple manufacturing error that could have been easily resolved rather than antagonizing me to write this review. It is truly a shame because I like their glasses. Edit: I took the glasses to an optician and verified that they are not high index 1.74 lenses. If the company sends me glasses with the lenses I ordered, I will send these glasses back and pay their refund back to them.

The prescription is different in each pair of glasses and is not correct at all. Very unhappy and want a refund.

I purchased 3 pairs of progressive lens glasses. None of them are made correctly. All of them are blurry at the top where my distance correction should be. I contacted customer service and they sent me a $50 refund…less than a third of what I originally paid for the three useless pairs! Haven’t heard back from them since. They haven’t even told me about the refund. I heard about that from PayPal! I see that the seller has responded below as if they plan to fix this problem, but that is not what I am experiencing through correspondence with them. Muukal has also offered to give me a bit more refund if I remove this review. Since I refuse to be bought, the review will stand. However, you should be aware that other bad reviews have most likely been removed in this manner. Don’t be fooled!

I already gave them a bad review but for some reason it's not showing so here I am trying again. They sent me the three pair of glasses for $118 and they were like looking in a circus mirror. they were wavy and absolutely horrible so I started to return they said that they would return but I have to pay shipping $60 with tracking. this is absolutely ridiculous they're absolutely horrible

I have ordered new glasses many times via online retailers by providing my progressive prescription without a problem. I purchased 3 pair and all 3 are off so much that i cannot even wear them. Very upset :(

Sad that if a Dr. Writes a wrong rx, at no fault to the customer entering a wrong rx, that we don't get 1 rx remake especially when we bought 3 pairs of glasses. Will never use this company again. Added response from Muukal.. They were extremely rude in response to my concern. I understand China operates differently, but, manners are universal.
