When my new glasses arrived there was an issue with them. They immediately replied and had new ones made and sent quickly. I love my new glasses. They are perfect!

I bought 3 pairs of glasses for the price it would cost for 1 pair with insurance in the US. I was skeptical. It did take a while for them to arrive but....... I can understand why. They are such good quality. The 3 pairs I bought, have give to them, which is super important because I'm rough with glasses. The coatings are perfect. Crystal clear lenses. Honestly, I should have checked this site out long ago. If you are trying to decide, go with this site. But make sure you check dimesnsions to your liking.

1st time online glasses buyer...Super easy to order and fast delivery! Just snap pic of script and they got the rest! And no need to worry if anything isnot quite right as they have great customer service. Highly recommended and excited to have options finally that are both fun and super affordable! Will definitely be placing many more orders!!!

My glasses came in perfect. The fit was easy to figure out with the websites guidance. I was kept updated on shipping.

I've used 2 other online glasses retailers before, this one blows the others out of the water! The base frame price is remarkable, and the add ons only add a few dollars unlike others. It takes a couple of weeks to arrive, but I'm so thrilled with my purchase I bought two more pairs!

My glasses arrived on time and were exactly what I wanted. They fit perfectly, are comfortable and I think they are lovely. I had no problems with MuukalOptical and would buy from them again.

Very good glasses, well fit. Good price and fast delivered

The full experience with Muukal was excellent. It was easy to upload my prescription and I liked the wide choices of frames and lenses. It was also mostly easy to understand their explanations of the diffent lens types, add on etc. And here's the reason why I gave them 5 out of 5 rather than 4 out of 5 and that is that I misunderstood something when ordering and after contacting them, they immediatley offered to make a new pair and send them to me to Australia free of charge . Well done Muukal.
