MuukalOpticalReviews of muukal.com

Love my glasses! Came sooner than I expected and they are perfect! Thanks!!

It took me almost three weeks to get my first order. That's standard shipping. I'm sure it would have been faster if I had upgraded the shipping, but standard was free. The customer service is great. They always answer my questions and take care of any issues.

I got a total of 5 pairs of glasses from Muukal so far. Their service is great. They always double check prescriptions & verify with me if they have doubts. Pricing is great and quality is good. It takes about a couple weeks to arrive but that is acceptable as the local optical store took even longer.

I got in on the three pair deal. And I am totally happy with my experience. Will definitely recommend to all my friends. One pair had a problem with the bifocal, I messaged and they very promptly fixed them. Was great to work with..

I now have 12 pairs of glasses. 8pairs from Muukaloptical. I love them!!! I'll be back for more.

Great customer support and product

With muukals prices I was expecting very low quality, but hoping I would be proven wrong. I was proven wrong. I am so impressed with the quality.

Mutual offers great glasses at a great price. My prescription is always perfect and I love the selection. I have ordered 3 times and I love each pair of glasses I have. Shipping is fast and the glasses are always packed in a case for protection. Thank you Mutual Optical! Customer for life!
