I've been buying my prescription glasses online and I usually get it from eyebuy direct... I've been a loyal customer of that store for almost 7 years until I saw this company. Because of their promo of buy one get one I was drawn to test it out. But boy that was the biggest mistake. I should have stayed with eyebuy direct... With eyebuy direct you get quality and precise eye measurement unlike with muukoloptical. The downside if it all also is that there's no number to call. You have to wait for a response on email for a resolution... The moment I got my eyeglasses in the mail I was so excited to open and try it on but as soon as I put it on... That's where enduring falls apart... The first 15 minutes of wearing it I felt Iike everything I see is curved so i thought I give it another time to maybe adjust on the measurement but 1hour later I felt really dizzy. Now I can't use any of them and still waiting on a response from muukoloptical....

I ordered glasses May 2024, I have been through 3 pairs since. #1 broke out of no where, #2 broke when my hair brush tapped the piece behind my ear, and #3 just broke this morning when I picked them up. It's okay though, I found the exact same frames on shein for $2.80!! Guess I should've known to stock up. Never ever shopping with them again!!

I have a large bridge and usually when I order a 22mm or larger I have no trouble. I ordered 2 pair that are a 23mm and they don't fit, too small on the bridge. One pairs prescription seems to be off as well when I hold them where they should be sitting on my nose. What do I do now?

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. 3 pairs of glasses, wrong prescription and will not send me my money back. **** I took all three pair of glasses to an Optician and verified lenses were incorrect. My left eye prescription was in my right eye and my right eye prescription is in my left eye!

I have ordered twice from them with mixed success. I have had one pair the lenses were not cleared. They sent an alternative style. Another pair the frames have broke twice (last time as I was driving on the highway). Both breaks were in different spots. So I really go two usable pairs for the price of three. Used my correct current prescription and when I got them they all had the wrong prescription! Can't even see out of the 3 pair I got! Had such high hopes and was completely disappointed! Contacted company-no help. Will not order from them again.

I ordered and paid for three eyeglasses but received just one!;When I contacted Muukal, I received a response from Taylor, stating that he wanted to make sure that what I ordered is the right one. He also claims that my previous order was and error on my part and Muukal did not make the mistake. Mind you, I ordered photochromic lenses but received clear lenses. My current order is of a different prescription and I even confirmed it with the same agent, Taylor, that it is correct. Unbelievable and frustrating to deal with not only rude customer service agent but also arrogant, and condescending to think that he knows that this Taylor person, knows better than what the customer ordered and paid for. Here's my advice: Do NOT purchase from Muukal if you're expecting quality eyeglasses, good customer service and you will be disappointed bigly! Buy somewhere else like ZEELOOL.

I had a very bad experience with Muukal Glasses Shop. It was hard to get a refund from them, even though they advertise a 100% Money-Back Guarantee with no reason needed for returns. The glasses I received did not fit me. When I requested a refund, they offered me an exchange, a refund of less than half of what I paid, or the option to send the glasses back to China. The customer service representative mentioned that if I chose to send them back to China, I would have to pay for shipping and customs fees
