I sent my glasses back to China last June. Still no refund. And today I received my package that I sent to China back to me. The address it was sent to refuse to accept it. I paid 19 dollars to send it and it came back to me 9 months later. Why would anyone want to do business with this company. I ordered the same size glasses from Eyebuydirect. Com and had no problem with my prescription. I'm out 65 dollars and 19 dollars for shipping. Don't buy from this company, Anita

STOP DO NOT ORDER IF YOU HAVE A PRESCRIPTION. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was when I got my glasses. I have no idea who's prescription I received but it was not mine. Also, I usually check a place out thoroughly and I read reviews which I thought I did but I guess not thorough enough. I did have a coupon for new customers and in the end the glasses were only $84.00 but they are useless to me. I am not even going to ask for a refund because after reviewing closer you don't even get all of your money back. So, not worth the time to return them. I just want to caution everyone who has an actual prescription to think twice about this place. Also, when I went to track the glasses I noticed they were coming from China !!! Order# 12502465092

bad glasses with manufacturing errors. I've been going back and forth with their customer service for over a week now just trying to get them to follow their own return policies. The customer service agent keeps lowballing me with partial refunds or trying to get me to pay for fees which is against the term of their refund policies, in a rude tone, and to add insult to injury, their emails are all signed with "Be honest rather than clever" . Who do they think they are?? they need to follow their own advice! Edit for reply: I'm not giving my personal info on a public forum, obviously. I've been in communication with you. The glasses fit fine this time and the distance part is correct however there was no near sighted to the progressive portion which was a complaint before. I'm done trying to get the correct glasses from your company. I have never had such an issue from an online company. Thought I would try your company but will stear my friends away from you. I've wasted time and money with your company and will go back to the original online company I've used for years.

They FALSE advertise 100% MONEY BACK but all you get is 50% and 50% store credit so when you do not like your glasses you get and see nothing to buy you are out 50% So understand you will be out 50% #122191 That is not what happened here is your email that you sent If returned, you can only get 50% of the refund amount, and you need to pay the shipping and the possible customs duties, which is not quite calculated, we can refund you 70 directly, no need you send back any pair, is it OK with you? I got sucked into the allure of the prices and cute styles, but you get what you pay for…quality is incredibly cheap and lenses were off. I ordered 4 pair; 2 of them I couldn’t even see out of the lenses they were made so badly. Prescriptions were not made correctly. Frames are equivalent to dollar store sunglasses quality. Reached out to customer service and they gave me instructions of how to wear glasses properly, then blamed me for picking frames that were too pointy, lol. I’ve been wearing glasses for over 30 years and have been ordering online for over 10. Stick with Firmoo/ Zenni/ Zeelool. They will give you the runaround to not refund you. Seriously, go somewhere else.

they don't even deserve one star. Made my glasses wrong. argued with me about them being wrong. then blocked me from facebook for telling the truth about them.I don't trust the reviews either. Worst company I have dealt with. I think they hacked my credit card too.

Very dodgy return policy. They don’t stand behind their work. Cheap glasses are just that. Cheep. Buy them from a reputable retailer. Preferably in your town. That way if you have a problem they will make it right. The prescription was the same for 3 pairs and only one was correct. Now I have to pay for shipping them back to China and pay for customs and then get 50% of my money back. Sounds like fraud to me.
