I entered my prescription and made a mistake. Muukal noticed the prescription was "special" and sent me one of the two pairs I ordered. Sure enough the prescription was all wrong. I searched my files for the original prescription and couldn't find it and finally after time had passed called my eye doctor and had them send me a copy. I got it to Muukal and they said they would correct the prescription and send both pairs to me. Great customer service and quick response. Everything I wanted and needed. Thank you so much.
