I ordered glasses and paid the 67.98 extra for high index 1.74, which means thinner glasses, and they sent me glasses like a Coca-Cola bottle. I have been trying to contact customer services to have the redone and return the one I have, but I never get feedback or any response regarding the issue,. They keep answering that the company never deceives customers, but they have not done anything to correct the problem. Just be careful when ordering and make sure they comply with the order exactly as you request. about my experience using the company I would not recommend the company, the come from china andthey don't seem to care I would think twice

I received the glasses. Thank you. Farsighted is OK- I see very well far. Nearsighted is wrong- I see blurry. This issue is the same with all glasses I received.

Weeks later of rude and undlreasonable options for replacement and they have now ghosted me. 3/3 pairs of glasses are broken or wrong. No idea how they have any stars based on my experience. So many other really great places to get glasses they 3 for 1 seems like a good deal but truly not worth it.

Glasses were made incorrectly. Company refuses to correct error or refund purchase price without me paying to ship defective glasses to China. Next step is contacting the BBB and disputing credit card charge. Order 12502444776

This was the worst company I have ever dealt with hands down! They delivered a faulty product and didn’t follow their terms and conditions for replacement or refund. They were so rude it bordered on hostility as the individual or individuals I dealt with had the audacity to blame for imputing the prescription incorrectly then sent a screen shot of an altered document, this was ridiculous because they have you upload your prescription to verify that what you entered is correct. So that was beyond ridiculous and they almost had me believing that it was my fault until I remembered I had a screenshot for my own records. They quit communicating and I am out my purchases price and I have an absolutely useless pair of glasses. I am thankful for Trustpilot.com making available a platform to share with consumers to beware of this company they are a scam!!!

Beware, I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and all 3 the lenses were so distorted that they are unusable. When I requested a refund I was denied and told the only thing they would do is replace 1 pair for free, so now I am stuck with 3 pairs of unusable glasses.

I bought 3 pair of glasses 2 pairs i cannot use because if I wear them i will fall over, only i i can use i have been trying since September 2024 to have them correct it or refund a portion of my money but MuukalOptical refused tell me the prescription is correct, if it was correct why I can only wear one pair and not the other 2 pairs not good customer care.

Edited- not sure why they want me to send them photos or the prescription. I don’t like the quality of the glasses nor the way they look on me so I am not satisfied. Therefore I would like a refund. Their customer service combative as you can see from the response below. TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY / CUSTOMER SERVICE. Despite the claim of 100% satisfaction guarantee and 30 days refund / returns, the company refuses to acknowledge my dissatisfaction with the pairs I ordered. They refuse to refund, and require that I pay return shipping and customs back to China. Otherwise they are offering a 50% refund, which is NOT in line with what they advertise. Misleading and completely deceptive. Plus the responses from Customer Service are rude and do not address my concerns. Please go to Zenni or Eyebuydirect or Vision Direct. Anywhere else but here.
