Very bad experiences. The glasses they sent me were with wrong PD, and not the paid for refractory index. In communicating with them I've been gaslighted, humiliated in being told "this is common knowledge" several times, as if we all have a degree in optics and to try and explain away why the paid for 1.74 index is as thick and with as narrow a field of view as the cheapest 1.50 . After some back and forth they finally "accepted" to send 1 replacement (but not for the 2 others), but insisted on a different shipping address from where they originally sent my glasses to. Our postal strike is over, our PO Box is the only way to assure the package won't get stolen from the doorstep. They sent there before but now refuse to send, and they won't take responsibility either if it gets stolen should it be sent to an unsafe location. In communications they were arrogant, condescending, and I always felt that I had to be careful to not ruffle their feathers. I guess I did, because they blocked me or just don't answer my texts to get my glasses. Too feely and lacking professionalism. Buyer beware. High risk.

TLDR: if they get it right it’s fine if there’s a problem they don’t care the “guarantee” is BS Like other reviews have said look at the responses to bad reviews and that’s how you are treated if you have any issues. My first order was fine I ordered 3 pairs 1 progressive, 1 lined bifocal, and 1 single vision received as expected for the price. One broke after 3 months but I was not surprised they are cheap frames. So I made another order of 2 pairs using the same prescription I had for my first order that they had saved. One progressive and one single vision. I need the single vision for hiking. The progressive was fine as ordered but the single vision was completely the wrong prescription. I would have even understood if they had put my reading prescription in it but no I can’t see near or far with them. Email back and fourth with them was useless. They were trying to convince me that I was confused. Said I needed to decide what kind of lenses I wanted. Bifocal or single and got hostile and wouldn’t even address the fact that the lenses they put in were wrong. If you choose to order with them good luck.

The frames were exactly what I wanted, but I couldn't see properly through at all. MUUKAL customer service was dismissive & hostile, and then just stopped replying to me. AVOID.

They won't even stay on my head. Don't send me any more emails advertising your company. Pretty frames but they don't fit

I purchased 3 glasses for $119. The view of the prescription progressive lenses are blurry. Two of the lenses are so bad that when reading a sheet of paper in front of me the page is distorded to look like the bottom of the page is narrower than the top. Trying to resolve the problem: I reported the problem. Next day they ask for my original prescription, I send it. The next day they confirm it is correct and ask for pictures of me in my current glasses and the new ones they sents. One day goes by no response. I send a follow-up. They tell say my PD number is wrong BASED ON PICTURES. I reply it is not as I received a pair of glasses from ZENNI with the same RX and they are GREAT and ask for refund instructions. Then they tell me "Okay, from the photo Adele is a little big, but the other two glasses are fine. You can choose a new frame under $20 and we'll remake it, okay?". My reply, "No, none of the glasses are fine and I don't want a different frame. I would like a refund due to your manufacturing error. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company." Their website says "Return & Refund 30-day Return & Exchange 2.Manufacturing error: After verification, we will remake the glasses for you at no charge, or provide 100% refund to the original payment method, or 100% discount coupon." Thank GOD, I was able to dispute this before my credit card bill was paid. I agree the frames are cute. I would just like to be able to see out of them.

I had an awful experience with this company. They made mistakes while customizing my lenses according to my prescription, which caused me immense headaches. When I reached out to customer service via text, the representative was unhelpful, dismissive, and didn’t even try to understand my concerns. I requested a shipping label to return the product due to their manufacturing error, but they insisted I pay for the return shipping. Why should I bear the cost for their mistake? That is completely unacceptable. Not only did they fail in delivering a proper product, but their customer service was also unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible experience.

Two of my glasses appear to have the incorrect prescription. I have ordered from this site before using the same progressive prescription and had no issues. One of the pair had a single vision and the prescription appears to be a progressive one. I sent an e-mail about the return process and am awaiting a response.

Shady. Order and paid for two orders, three pairs each. Why two orders? First order I received an email to join PayPal. Thought that was very invasive. Paid for expedited shipping. Ordered on 3/9/25 and 3/10/25. Received one order late and the other isn’t here yet. Order one has one bent pair and so blurry I’m getting sick and can’t use them. Tried the other two pairs and same blurry look. There is no way this is my correct prescription. I have my state involved because their website states Money Return 100% Money Back Guarantee, no reason for return and they have yet to answer me about my request for a refund. Their customer service never answers a question and just barks what they think they’re going to do. I wish I would have seen the bad reviews before I ordered. Please listen… it’s too good to be true. I have progressives and these are a pile of ….
