Really cute frames, and for the price outstanding. However the Rx is not great. I do wear progressive but still. I wish they had let me get single vision.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. The prescription, frames, and fit are as I ordered. I ordered two pair of prescription sunglasses and one pair of regular glasses. I received two regular glasses and on pair of prescription sunglasses. If the order was as I requested, I would be most happy; good fit, excellent vision correction, and a great price. HOWEVER- I did not receive the correct order as requested and paid for.

Pro:The frame selection and prices are great. I also had good communication with customer service. Con:I ordered 3 frames with progressive lenses. 2 frames have an issue with how the reading prescription was placed in the frame and I cannot wear them. 1 pair was wearable. Customer service explained to me that the frames I chose for 2 of the glasses were not conducive to progressive lenses and that is why they were not okay. This was not in the description of the lenses or I would not have ordered them. They were willing to replace one pair with a different frame more close in size to the pair that were wearable. I was happy to get one pair remade as I had read other reviews but feel I paid for 2 and should have received 2 replacements as it was not my error.

I have ordered a few times already. Unfortunately, consistency of prescription on all pairs is not there. Vision is not always the same.

Ordered two pair of glasses, same prescription. One pair seems off, as if my eyes cannot adjust clearly. Probably need to have them remade. Also, the same pair has transitional lenses but the tint is way to light. Barely noticible.

I had to return a pair of glasses. I was emailing back and forth with your company. I emailed asking how to order my replacement pair of glasses and never heard back for anyone. I just emailed to the glasses I would like to replace the bad pair.

The frame is awesome however the lenses it doesn't have intermediary in spite I chosed on selection progressive but still the intermediary came with my glasses were very blurry and annoying ,
