I ordered glasses with progressive lenses and they are totally off. Apparently they don’t know where to put the progressive part on the lenses. Don’t waste your time ordering from them.

Note That this company is in China and if there is a problem, they expect you to pay return fees including customs and tariffs despite what their website claims. I highly recommend that you do not use this company. I ordered 6 pairs of prescription progressive glasses from Muukal, three were everyday glasses, and three were prescription sunglasses with polarized lenses, one of which were clip-ons. Of the six pairs, only one is useable to read. Teo pairs of frames were much darker than the image shows, and one pair of sunglasses was about 15 millimeters wider than stated. To read with the faulty two pairs of everyday glasses, I need to tuck my chin to my chest. With the three polarized lenses, I was not able to find any angle where I could read. I picked this site out of the many available choices because of the frame selection, prices, ease of use of the website, reviews, and price. I sent an email to the company 24 hours ago and have not heard back. At this point I am so disappointed by the product(s) I received as well as the lack of customer service. When I contacted the company, that wanted pictures of me in the glasses to assess the issue. After receiving the pictures, they responded that they didn't know how to fix the issue, so they offered me a choice of $100 (I spent $350) and keep the worthless glasses or ship them back at my expense (minimum $60) and they would give a full refund. I wrote back that based on their refund policy and Maine state law, they needed to pay for return shipping and provide a full refund. Five days later,they have not responded.

Would give zero stars if possible! I ordered three pair, one brown, one red and one black. I received one brown pair and one FUSCHIA PURPLE! Did not receive the black pair! Their response, “You Get What You Get!” And go ask the neighborhood who knows where my third pair was delivered! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOU PROBABLY WON’T GET WHAT YOU ORDER OR EVEN RECEIVE YOUR WHOLE ORDER! FRAUD WARNING!!! No proof of delivery offered either. No photos, no signatures nothing!

I. ordered glasses they were sent to the old address and I was emailed by someone named Tina by saying good luck they were not received,and I did not get a response to resolve that matter I am disappointed with the service I received!

If I could give them a negative 10 that would still not be low enough!!! These people are rude and they make junk, could not even get a simple progressive set of glasses correct!! Then they blame the customer for their mess up. Still have no refund and no glasses it's been well over a month since I sent the 2 pair of glasses back to them. NEVER EVER BUY FROM MUUKAL OPTICAL THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! See their reply, a docs RX was attached to my order see they still blame the customer, what a crappy company, typical Chinese jerks!!! Still no new glasses and no refund. Seems they think they can just keep my money and never produce the 2 pairs of glasses I paid for.

I ordered online on April 9th, 2025. According to your logistics tracking system, my order was marked as delivered on April 20th, 2025, at 08:54 AM. However, I can confirm that I have not received this package. I have been at home every day since the supposed delivery date and have thoroughly checked my doorstep, mailbox, and the surrounding areas for the package. There is no sign of it anywhere. I am very concerned about this discrepancy between the tracking information and the actual delivery. I request an urgent investigation into the whereabouts of my order. Please advise on the next steps you will take to resolve this issue, whether it involves locating the missing package or arranging for a re-shipment of my order.
