Order incomplete so far. One of two received. The one received meets my expectations

Glasses are crooked on my face and keep sliding down.

I will be returning both pair of the glasses. They are too big for my face. The frames looked good in the pictures but turned out very much too large and unflattering. The lenses were super light which is what I was going for and look to having them in smaller frames.

There was no point in paying for express post, it took longer than expected. Bi focal lens was too shallow. A refund of $20 was accepted, but another 2 pairs with correct depth would have been welcomed.

I can not write a review on the product because I never received my order. I received an empty bag. When I reached out to their customer service I was made to feel as though I was making it up to get free glasses. They made no attempt to fix anything and were very rude. I'm sure their product is fine but I value kindness and service maybe more. I will edit my original review when there has been an investigation. I was informed I may have jumped the gun on my review. Looking forward to a positive outcome.

The quality of the frames is a little cheap. The sunglasses are good but the progressive daily glasses are not right. Things look warped. For the money I’m good with one out of two being ok.
