MuukalOpticalReviews of muukal.com

Bought three pairs of progressive eyeglasses from MuukalOptical, all three pairs were defective and I was unable to wear or use them. The company wasn’t any help, their website states if there is a manufacturing defect they will remake glasses but this was not offered to me, they only offered me 50% refund. Will never buy from this company again.

Not happy, can not see clearly. Does not seem to be the correct prescription.

Can NOT see anything with these new glasses!! Neither distance or close up!!! Will be returning ASAP!!

I only have one other pair (red)that are close to fitting. One (blue) too large for my face. The third pair (tortoise) are just unacceptable.

Totally obscured lenses

I just received my order this weekend. The shipping time frame was reasonable and I think the glasses look great. I can see fine out of the top part of the glasses on all three pair. However, the bottom, "progressive", part is not clear at all. I've been wearing progressives for years, so I'm not new to them, but it seems the prescription isn't correct in these because I can't see clearly when I try to read and doing so causes such eye strain as to make them useless. Not sure what to do. Update: I was contacted by the company and they are certain there was no error in the crafting. They asked for a pic of me (in my old amd new glasses so they could offer an opnion on my style choices) which I declined to send and rather opted for the return for refund. They, however, explicitly refused to move forward with any refund until I remove this review. If it were possible I would lower the score to a negative number of stars.

My new glasses fell apart the 2nd time I wore them... total time on my face...30 minutes. When reporting the issue I went to the email I received to make a warranty claim but instead of a link for reporting the issue I see a link here to give a review and did so with accurate account of what I had experienced with their product ... that was well over 2 or possible 3 weeks ago. This company won't replace their defective product until I delete the comment... thats coercion and I won't be cooperating with criminals or the business equivalent to it. BECAUSE THATS NOT HOW YOU CREATE CUSTOMER LOYALTY OR INCREASE BUSINESS FROM RECOMMENDATIONS. EXCUSES OF ..WE DONT MAKE THE GLASSES ISNT RELELEVENT. YOU SELL THOSR GLASSES SO THEY REFLECT UPON YOU. ... I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU NOR DO BUSINESS UNLESS I HAVE NO OTHER OPTIINS.

One pair is unusable, the other has one lens with a very limited focus of vision. I don't think I can safely wear either pair I ordered. :(
