The customer service was great. However the glasses are smaller than expected. Glasses legs are shorter than needed. My mistake? Probably.

I've ordered twice and Love the glasses, I have received compliments on them a few times. I recently ordered again and believe my glasses are lost in transit and have not received them in over a month. I've tried to contact via email and have not got a response. I did get a text saying to keep waiting..I submitted a new order and received them, but Muukal will not refund the order that has not been received yet. Hoping to get a response this way.

I ordered 3 pair for$119.00. Took about 2 weeks to receive. Their website says no prescription needed. But after I ordered, they then requested I send them a copy of the prescription. Not a huge deal to scan and email back, just added another task in my day. Also, although they say ANY 3 pair for $119.00, they charged me like $166.00. I do have a fairly high prescription and I ordered the best they had with all options, so at $55.00 a pair, I did not complain. I have received the glasses and they all appear to be good.

Great job and I found out the wide view progressive lens doesn’t work for me. The quality is excellent and they fit my face very well!

Got my 3 pair of glasses with progressive lenses this week. The distance part is perfect, but the closeup (reading) portion is blurry compared to my glasses with the same prescription from my normal optometrist. Still a great deal, and I'm happy to have good options for spares/fun. Sunglasses came with a tint that was so dark I won't use them for normal activities but will save them for the beach.

I received my eyeglasses this past Saturday. I’m giving a four star review because of the length of time that it took to receive them although I do understand that you have to make sure that the prescription is right and then I do appreciate I also am only giving a four star review because the frames are very flimsy not very good quality of the frames but for the price they were perfect. Thank you for me allowing me to do business with you all.
