I ordered a tint on the glasses and it's not there. The frame feels flimsy.

I had ordered frames only as I wear progressives and I don't like paying for lenses until I know for sure the frames will fit ok. 1) their site says free returns, but after the 5th time sending emails to their customer service to see about how to proceed with returning them, I've given up. 2) they ask for the original prescription even after I've explained that these were frames only. 3) I'd actually like to order more (even if they can't be returned), except I really want FRAMES ONLY. On their website it keeps insisting I choose a lens thickness (adding to the cost and which will be discarded). I've asked several times how to order it without, and they keep sending me a link to "how to order". On the lens thickness page there are 7 options...including a non-spheric which is free. Unfortunately, it seems on the US website this was left off and there are only SIX options available....and it won't let you place an order until you choose one. 4) It takes two days to get a response from customer service, and they either don't read your question, or they don't understand it. Every time I try to explain the problem, they refer me to the same link. It's a shame as they've got some frames that I haven't see elsewhere, but not sure it's worth all the hassle. 5) they also need to eliminate and/or change the "free returns" from their site. UPDATE...within 30 min of posting this I got a message from muukal requesting further info so I was optimistic. I didn't want to post personal info on this site, so forwarded this review and their response and the answers requested to their customer service site. That was over two days ago.... UPDATE...heard back once more from them and nothing more. It's now been two weeks. And a month since I first contacted them about a return and an issue I was having with ordering frames only. They seem to respond fast to reviews, but not actually to customer service. I've given up. and it's a shame. There were a few more pairs I would have liked to order, even if I ended up having to donate them because of return problems.

the order took a while and the glasses arrived broken. I can't see well with them either. I did not notice that only a partial refund is offered if not satisified.

Great glasses!! But no intermediate distance on the progressives! Don't be out off by a few glitches in the tracking status of the website after you order your glasses. I just got mine after worrying this place was a scam. I really like my glasses but was expecting the progressive lenses I had always received in the past. These lenses, however, do not include intermediate distance, making computer work quite difficult.

I bought 2 pairs of progressives. One pair was absolutley perfect. I've worn progressives before. The 2nd pair's lenses were NOT ok. I follow the instructions to verify my Rx. I contacted customer service. I was told, "Sorry, your prescription is absolutely the same, possibly due to different shapes of the frames." I laughed at this reponce. I wish they would put more effort into insulting my intelligence. The frame shape? Really? With that being said, it all kinda worked out fine. I was given a coupon to order another pair. I just purchased a third pair (frames only) and I'll take it elsewhere for the lenses.

I purchased 2 pairs. Maybe I did something wrong, but something is making me see double. Update: I'm not seeing double anymore..they are progressive & they ARE WORTH the Price which was awesome. It did take a loooooong time to arrive even after paying for express delivery

I ordered multiple glasses, which I consider a plus, that will bless my life and wardrobe. Some I like much better than others, interestingly not reflective of price. Upon arrival, the presentation was outputting as they came in little bags in a little box with little perks written in Chinese.

Lack of communication. Wanted Xmas special of buy one get one free.
