So far it been just about a month and still don't have my glasses all i get that they are in transit but can't give me tracking number or anything I'm calling my credit card to dispute they can keep the 3 pair I ordered and no information but in transit will never buy again from this company

Tried reaching out and they don’t respond. Unfortunately out the money of glasses I can’t see out of and bad customer service. No you didn’t reach out other than a text after this review saying you never received my email. An email that was sent from your website, your response to this was more odd versus reaching out to fix the issue.

I can’t see at all. Very distorted and awful, horrible, terrible and so disappointing.

Requested polished edges on the lenses, neither pair arrived polished.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and all came with the incorrect lense rx in the left eye. I have reached out to customer service and have yet to receive a reply. I need to know what the next step is to get these glasses corrected.

100% Money Back Guarantee advertised is not honored. I gave them a 3 rating while trying to resolve an issue with the glasses, after many emails attempting for a resolve. Their offer $50……for which I paid $109 (for glasses I can’t read through). Buy high sell low is not a good formula for me…I’ll give them a -1

As an update to below review: company reached out only after I posted the review despite me emailing them 4 times in 24 hours and texting. Furthermore, website policy states that any cancellations made within the first 24 hours will be accepted. Customer service stopped replying when I pointed this out, and prior to this insisted my reason for a cancellation wasn’t their fault and therefore they could not follow through (with their own written policy?? Confusing). Overall: order at your own risk. While I’m sure the glasses are fine, customer service is severely lacking. If any problems occur, be prepared for them to ignore their own written policies and front the cost on your own.

Muukal has great prices and cute styles. However the quality and customer service is severely lacking. I've gotten 4 pairs off muukal and 3 of them have broken after just a few months. I ordered 2 pairs of the Prunus frame and both frames cracked while I was working on my laptop. They were not dropped or damaged previously. The other pair that broke had the arm fall off. The threaded hole that carries the screw was stripped so it wouldn't hold a screw anymore. I had to superglue the arm back in place and they are very fragile. Muukal customer service was less than helpful and the warranty is basically nonexistent. They also won't publish my negative reviews and they delete my comments on social media. Shipping is also very very slow. Don't waste your money. Spend a little more to get long-lasting quality frames.
