Hello, you placed your order on July 2nd and we sent your glasses on July 5th. As it took three days to customize the lenses and was delivered on the 16th, it took a total of 11 days. If you think this is too slow, we apologize for any inconvenience caused

I ordered the 3 pair it was roughly $269. These glasses are trash. They are cheap made. The only pair that the lenses are correct are the sunglasses.

Prices are great, however shipping time is AWFUL! He stops at about 8 different facilities and around the world. Delays multiple times. Unless you are not in need of your glasses quickly to see don't bother unless you want to pay a lot more for shipping. I can't comment on the quality cause they are still not here 3 weeks later. I wouldn't purchase from here again.

Glasses are cute and delivery is fine, but frames are lightweight and cheap. Mine didn't last a full year. Frame spontaneously cracked after 6 months. Maybe buy a backup pair to transfer your lenses to.

Great specials, very nice selection, received the glasses relatively quickly. Just wish the glasses were a little sturdier but you get what you pay for.

There are things about each pair that I don't like and things that I do. I REALLY wish that you wouldn't put such crazy mixed up colors on the arms of the plastic glasses. I kept finding this while shopping for them and it would prevent me from selecting the frames. I found one blue pair that weren't quite as bad, hoping my hair would cover it up. PLEASE make the arms the same as the front if they aren't metal. One of my three pairs were made wrong. I ordered photochromic and got full sunglasses. And the sunglasses that I did order, I don't really like. This will prevent me from the purpose of wearing them to work. The price was good. The vision is clear. I was pretty much able to choose the right size. Hopefully I can get the issue resolved in not too much time.

I'm just doing the 3 star for now because I find so far their customer support is fantastic.I have not received my glasses unfortunately and it's taking a long long time.I'm just wondering where they're located to if anybody could tell me,that would be great.I will update my Post when I receive my glasses if they are exactly what I ordered.I'm sure they'll get a 5 star by then. When I went into order I thought they were located in Canada. I have finally received my 3 pairs of glasses and they are pretty good I must say for the price you cannot complain they do what they need to do.
