I HAVE HAD 4 ORDERS REFUNDED TO ME RECENTLY. I AM TOTALLY UPSET WITH MUUKAL. I NEED MY GLASSES & HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS. I HAVE REFERRED MANY MANY PEOPLE TO THEM OVER THE YEARS. I AM WITHOUT GLASSES NOW BECAUSE OF THEM SO I AM CHANGING TO A MORE UNDERSTANDING COMPANY FOR SURE.

My order was delivered to wrong address and Muukal would not help to rectify the problem. I am very disappointed with them and will never purchase from them again.

The frames are nice! However, my prescription was not correct. It was very difficult to see

The reading portion of the glasses in not correct. Too bad because I love the frames but wasted my money because I still have to wear my old glasses.

An unethical and deceitful company. They misrepresent the frames they offer and when questioned they place the blame on the customer. The quality is poor and the customer service even worse. Buyer beware don’t waste your money.

I bought 3 pair of glasses that I cannot read with. The far away is ok but I cannot read unless I hold the glasses up to my eyebrows. I have downloaded prescription and they say it’s not the glasses so what can I do about that? Really nothing. Just won’t buy from them. They did nothing to help me sadly live and learn

Well, to start, the customer service is horrible. They are scammers, I purchased three pairs of glasses, and the size was not what I ordered. Their response was, "What is 2 mm, anyway?" Excuse me, but the glasses are going on my face, and if I look like I have children's glasses on, that's not right. They told me to pay the return shipping, and that they would send me money back, but not the return fees, because they can't see why I'm unhappy. So, if you buy glasses, beware; they will not treat you fairly and then threaten you by saying you will never be able to use your credit card again if you dispute the transaction. I have everything in text messages. There is no contact number; they only text. I recommend buying from Zenni Optical; they actually have customer service and back their products fully, unlike this company. Be careful. Let me add this: You want to lie even more? I sent you multiple pictures showing the three pairs I bought from you and my personal glasses next to yours. So don't try to lie. If I could add the pictures here, I would, but it does not let me. People, do not buy from this company. I have text messages that I will be submitting to the Better Business Bureau that will show what kind of scam you are running. Your website says that if the mistake is on your company, you will cover shipping fees, but you are not. You gave me an address in China and told me to pay the freight, customs fees, and any other fees involved with returning them. I have proof of all the threats you made, including saying that you are going to post all my personal information online if I write this review. Tell me that isn't a threat! Even your website says our information will remain private. But don't worry, I'm not done yet. Next is the Better Business Bureau! Last thing: In California, business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., not 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., so if you continue to text me at 2 a.m., I will be suing you as well.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and they were delivered to Newburgh Indiana. I live in Las Vegas Nevada. I reached out to customer service for new glasses or a refund and haven’t heard back. Edit: HORRIBLE experience with customer service. Had to submit a claim through my credit card company. It is pending an investigation. Customer service was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Incorrect address was used during checkout, I discovered the mistake and updated the address on their website within 24 hours. 2 days later, the items were shipped and the shipping confirmation was to my address in North Las Vegas. The items never showed up - they were delivered to the incorrect address. Happy to send screenshots of shipping email and text messages. Would 100% NOT recommend them. They have stolen my money and blamed me for their mistake of not double checking the shipping address before sending the items. Refused to remake or refund unless I removed my review FIRST. Only then would they be willing to help me.
