I ordered progressive lenses in my new glasses but, because there was no live person to mark where my pupils align with the lenses, I have to wear them halfway down my nose in order to see properly. They are cute and well made. but I just cannot use them.

I've ordered 7 pairs of glasses from Muukal. Four are fine, 3 are terrible. The bad ones : one plastic frame snapped within a few weeks, one pair of sunglasses made me feel dizzy and sick because the lenses were so distorted, and one seemed fine at first but when I moved my eyes to the side everything was blurry. I did not try to do returns because of the horror stories I read on here about how mean they are. I justified it by reasoning that they were so inexpensive, I still got a good deal. It's also one of the few places I can find frames with low lens height. I would not recommend them, but they served a purpose. I don't expect my "good" frames to last very long.

I love both designs. Unfortunately one pair broke after a few months of occasional use. The other pair, however. Are my favorite. I wear them all the time. I would give them 5 stars.

I love the frames, but the lenses are not correct.

The lenses were made correctly. Unfortunately the frames are rather cheap. I don’t see them lasting very long. Color was listed as red, they arrived as burgundy. Won’t be shopping here again.

Progressive lense not so good, as I have to hold reading material out quite far to read. This was my main concern when placing my order. The distance part of the lense is fine and the frames fit great. Disappointed in them for that reason as I purchased 3 pairs.

I don't feel that you got the prescription right, my optometrist gave me a prescription only a week before I ordered from you, but the glasses are not focusing correctly. I need my glasses for close up work, reading, computer etc. and after a while things look distorted. This is something that did not happen when I bought my glasses from Optically in Sydney.
