I am not very familiar with shopping on line. As a matter of fact my purchase of sunglasses with Muukal was my first purchase ever. I found the web site easy to use and navigate. My order was placed, paid for and arrived on time undamaged.

Wide selection, shipped quickly, low prices, nice frames, and easy-to-use website. The shipping was particularly impressive. My three pairs of glasses arrived twelve days after I placed my order. That's pretty fast for China to the U.S. East Coast. Overall, highly recommended.

I ordered plain lenses. I admit I may have accidentally ordered a tinted lens, which I would never choose. The lenses are fine but the tint makes me look like I have pinkeye. Any refund would be appreciated.

I've bought from MUUKAL several times and haven't once been disappointed. Their style, fast shipping, and affordability are what keep me coming back. I haven't had to return anything so I can't answer for that. I wear progressives and can say they're just as good as anything five times the cost!

I received exactly what I expected x two. The next time I'm going for the thinner lenses though...these here are a little heavy on my nose. I'll be in contact with customer service to see if I can exchange lenses for the thinner (more expensive) ones. All in all a great value purchase.
