I absolutely love the frames but the prescriptions are different in each pair and neither one of them is correct

The bifocals are not in the correct place. I cannot use either pair of glasses.

The glasses that I received didn't look anything like the pictures on the website that I ordered. 2 pair showed pretty colors on the frames but the ones I received were basically a dark brown frame with no color. One of these were replacing a pair from my original order, but they look the same. Just a brown frame with no color. Another pair that I ordered had lenses that were too narrow, and the prescription didn't work on the lenses. I basically wasted my money as I won't wear them out anywhere.

I bought 3 pairs of progressive glasses, and all 3 were totally impossible to see with. I took them to a local Optician, who told me the lenses had been put in the frames far too low, so there was barely a sliver of the reading prescription. It's a shame because I really liked the frames and would have loved to have had the chance to get them put right. Unfortunately, customer service were very hostile. Ultimately, they offered me a partial refund, but only if I would remove my negative comment. I declined, as I think it's important people know they use this underhanded tactic. It's a shame, because I liked the frames, and all I wanted was to get the lenses re-done so they were wearable.

Company has no phone number. I typed in my Rx incorrectly and I now realize it WAS my fault. Why do they get a copy of your Rx and look for a typo? I reordered the glasses;it was BOGO. Last night I was in bed and began to get essentially threatening text messages to promting me to remove my rating. I asked the multiple times for them to call me. Refused! What company does business this way? I have paid for my second order and if I dont get it, paypal will resolve this. If you choose to buy from them...that's on YOU. Many glasses from Zenni since 2010..never ONE ISSUE!

I ordered two pairs of glasses I got them one was perfect the other was all messed up. I got an email from the company saying that it was my fault and that they would replace my glasses if I changed my review. Guess what I'm not changing my review. I just wrote another one and put a one this time instead of it too. What company tells you you have to retract your review before they will replace the product that they messed up? This place is shady and I would definitely look for another place to buy glasses
