I never had been treated so poorly. I made 2 complaints, they only replied to 1 after several days. I am disputing my credit card charges and throwing the glasses away.

They will not do returns for any reason. They will just stop responding to email if you ask about returns. I emailed them again after my review and they added to their response that I'm a fake customer. This company is disgusting and I will continue to review them until they respond to my email.

Customer service just stopped responding to me throuh email instead of trying to help resolve my problems. The glasses I got are unusable and they won't let me return them even for 50% refund. This company scams customers.
