Poor quality and terrible customer service. Glasses were so blurry they were not usable. Customer service ignored emails and was not helpful. Total waste of money.

Just received my two pairs I ordered. But not are the right prescription. Aren't progressive. I can see far but not close.

They would not replace a pair of glasses because as they say" rimless glasses are expensive", but they don't specify that! If your looking for a company to stand behind their products, it's definitely not Muukal Optical.

Update. -They are now threading to POST my address and post my picture as a liar even tho I have all the email. AVOID THEM I ordered two pairs of glasses because a co worker told me about them. 1st pair was a little off but ok but the second pair they reversed my prescription. I literally have to wear the glasses upside down to see thru them. I have emailed them and they seem to try to just explain it away. Complete waste of money. AVOID AT ALL COST. Cheap isn’t always better. Just pay for your glasses stateside with your optometrist. Any money you send them to get some AliExpress glasses with the wrong prescription isn’t worth it . If I could rate them a zero I would. Offered to refund half but still have glasses I can’t use. -Update in order for me to get the partial refund I have to delete the review. And this is after being insulted by the rep stating “ don’t you think it’s difficult to get along with you.” Keep in mind these are email correspondences and I haven’t used profanity at all. All these reviews are fake. They force people to remove the truth in order to even get half the money back. So in the end I lose money and being told to not talk about it. I STRESS AGAIN AVOID AT ALL COST. I pulled the original review as they asked. Never agreed not to repost it.

I ordered three pairs of glasses and none of them worked. I can’t see out of them and when I contacted them via text message, they said they were only replace one pair and now I have three pairs of glasses that I can’t use and then I lose money on not happy at all.

This is the first time ordering glasses from Muukal Optical. I emailed the company shortly after receiving the 3 pair of glasses to indicate that the one pair of progressive sunglasses needed to be returned/refunded as my vision was blurry and the frames way too large ( although I followed the measurements posted online. As of this writing I have not had any contact with customer service regarding my dilemma. Based on this experience, I would not order again from this company.

So disappointed. I couldn’t see through either pair of glasses. I purchased progressive lenses. Customer service was mediocre at best. They would not fix the glasses. Think twice before ordering from this company.
