The glasses were fantastic, the price was fantastic and the basic shipping with no extra charge took 11 days. I orderd glasses from 3 other companies in the past and it normally took about 2 months for delivery one company took 3 months. I recomended Muukal to many friends and family They are great

Fast delivery all items were packaged wonderfully and exactly what I ordered. The only thing I have to do is have them all adjusted to sit properly on my face but I expected to need that done.

Ordered my glasses and received them within 2 weeks. Was upset when I found out that progressives were sent instead of bifocals. I contacted the company immediately and was pleasantly surprised. Customer service said it was no problem they would remake my glasses and send them to me. I held my breath, and they came through! This company is amazing! I received my new glasses within 2 weeks. I will never use another company. This is the best experience I've had concerning customer service and my glasses. Very impressed with the company and will continue to use them faithfully.
