I love my glasses. However, one pair is unwearable. The reason for the purchase was the heart shaped with bats. I ordered 3 pair, all as straight readers +2.00 strength. The other 2 pair are fine, but the bats cannot be worn. Why? I have no idea but when I put them on, they have to come off immediately. I came right to the company & have sent 2 emails. Neither have been answered. Yet here comes the survey request!!! Maybe now I'll get an answer.

One pair of glasses was fine the second pair does not seem to be right, hard to focus eyes when I where them.

Les lunettes sont belles et peu dispendieuses. Par contre, il y a de la distorsion dans les lentilles. Je vois mon cellulaire et mon ordinateur en forme de trapèze.

The glasses are great. Delivery and customer service isn’t. Glasses came to my state only to leave my state and hit 2 others before coming back to my state again adding several days to deliver. Inquires via email resulted in stock or 1/2 answers. It was maddening! Hoped this would be my go to place for glasses but too many other options. Don’t think I’d order from here again. Pity.

I love all 3 frames, very light and good looking but the part which is for reading is too low a bit or not large enough like the glasses i got from a specialist. Just hope i will be able to adjust. The sunglasses are great.

The frames are great, good quality and exactly as shown. However I am disappointed in the multi focal s, distance vision is fine but the bottom section( for reading) is not. I can’t adjust my vision when changing distance and start feeling dizzy. As a result I have stopped wearing them.

The glasses looked nice and were light. I can see far but I can’t see near with my new progressive prescription. Also when I look down on the ground I feel like the ground is “wavy” and then I would feel dizzy. I tried to see if it just needs getting used to but it’s now been more than a week of using it all the time and it’s still the same. I have to take it off to see near and whenever I try to prop it on top of my head for a second, it immediately falls down so I have to take it off all the time to read or see near. They do look nice though.

My wife and I both bought 3 pairs of glasses each, we received the glasses and were very disappointed in the quality of the frames. The progressive lenses were fine, but the quality of the frames not. Disappointed
