Ordered two pair of glasses, progressive lenses, neither are the same and they are not the prescription I sent in. I cannot see out of either pair. The paper I received said no refund, only a replacement. Not sure this company can make the correct glasses.

Horrible experience ZERO STARS. The glasses are poorly made with low quality materials. Not one pair was photochromic, no anti-glare, and they're definitely not going to last very long. The arms were loose and twist when putting them on for some reason. Customer service doesn't respond to emails or their "contact me" section of the website. There's no option to call and even their text option didn't work. This was a TOTAL waste of money. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a better company. Edit: Send you my order number where? I've contacted you every day and in every way for weeks after I bought these useless glasses. Should I call China now? No thanks. Cutting my losses and warning EVERYONE I CAN. DO NOT BUY HERE.

I still have not received my glasses

I would give them ZERO stars if possible!! First, I looked everywhere on this website to make sure they had an address in the USA before ordering. They did. I placed my order & received the order in a timely manner. However, they got my prescription wrong. I wear bifocals & my left eye “OS”, my prescription is +2.50, left eye only. I upload my prescription & also entered my prescription online as indicated. I emailed them when I received the glasses & several hours later, during the evening, I received a text from customer service. This company is in China so because of the time difference, they reply to messages in the evening. I explain that I can’t see out of the glasses & it seemed to be the right eye prescription that wasn’t right. They verified my prescription & that what they were showing me was what I uploaded, it was. Apparently in CHINA, “+2.50” regardless that it was indicated on my prescription for my left eye only, means both eyes, so they added the 2.50 to both right & left eye only my glasses. They said they would give me 1/2 of my money back, I told them no, it was their mistake, I wanted all my money back or preferable, I would like them to make me new glasses, with the “+2.50” to the left eye only. Thank you So instead of giving me my money back for their mistake, they are trying to scare me into not returning the glasses by telling me how much it is going to cost to return them. This company IS NOT IN THE USA, I would be very caution doing business with them!!! I haven’t received a response to my request for them to make new glasses with correct prescription nor to my request for a complete refund!! VERY SHADY!!

I ordered glasses that took over three weeks to arrive. When they got to me the progressive prescription was not at all right. The focal point on the glasses was all wrong. I have ordered many glasses online and have never had an issue. The tint on the lens was grayed out and not attractive. When I reached out to customer service they were willing to give me half of the purchase price. That is not money back guaranteed.

Quality of the lenses are poor. I have to contort my head to see.

I ordered and paid for express shipping. I had to have the glasses by a certain date as I was traveling. I communicated with service many times as the shipping date sat at the same date for 7 days at the warehouse in tx and even after communicating my need for timely delivery, they did NOT send express so I could not get the glasses as I was not home to get them. I am only being offered a refund of the express shipping. HORRIBLE customer service.

After I asked for the refund for the pair of glasses that did not work and company offered me only partial refund, I posted honest review of customer service experience. They offered me $10 more if I take down the bad review and said they will issue me the refund only after I take down the bad review. I declined the offer as that is not ethical. Not sure how accurate the rating of the company is if they are offering money if you remove the bad reviews. No Place to respond to the vendor comment. So I am putting it here. Here is what I purchased One pair for $117 and second pair $39. I used the Mothers day sale offer the had of BOGO. So $39 pair was discounted. And that pair is fine. It is my progressive pair that is not working at all and they are not willing to address the issue and refund me. I even offer to pay for the pair that is working if they refund me for the pair that is NOT working and forgo the BOGO deal, but they are not willing to refund me anything. Now I got a message that I have to pay $50 shipping and then 45% tariff before they will consider anything. Really horrible customer experience - on top of all of this they are very rude when talking to me.
