Glasses arrived and they weren't done correctly with the progressives lens. Its not lined up, which is hard to see through. I've reached out with a complaint but no one is getting back to me. I want to return and expect full refund not 50% of it. Im dissapointed and upset because this is my first time with this company. I normally use Zenni. I am not happy with this 😒

Glasses are not useable! I have the same prescription from Costco, I can see perfectly. These the lines look wavy and make me nauseous. Waste of $144

Not real customer service. After ordering for the first time in May 2025, I still don't have the correct pair of glasses, nor have I received a refund. THE WEB CLAIMED, no problem with refunding money for any reason, no questions asked. I don't recommend the company. That is how the company makes money.

Sorry, we cannot agree with your statement. On June 5th, you said that a pair of glasses were too loose and would slide down. We replaced them with other frames and remade them for you immediately . After we sent the glasses, you changed your mind again and demanded a full refund, which is not in line with our way of doing things. Sorry

Excessively slow shipping with no ability to track items. Both glasses frames are very flimsy & would easily break. Script in both are un-wearable. Lens appear thick & warped. Absolute waste of money. Glasses quality comparable to $2 shop glasses for kids. First time ordering & very unhappy with product quality, lack of customer service & terrible shipping. I won't be back

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses in March and received on the 21st. I wore them ONCE and put them in the case provided. I just put them on, and the lenses are wavy, distorted and unusable. When I contacted Muukal, they wanted to charge me to talk to a technician!

These glasses are horrible. The frames are beautiful. The lenses are horrible. I took them to my optometrist and they stated the lenses are not what was sent on the prescription. Great deal but I can’t use them!

I bought few times my glasses from muukal. Very cheap quality and very bad service. I paid for extended warranty because I knew it would break down in 2 weeks. It really broke down in 2 weeks. I contacted them to replace. They said to remove my reviews then they will replace it. I don't know how to remove my reviews and I will not add negative feedback until I am very disappointed because I don't like to harm someone business. I am absolutely not happy with muukal glasses.
