Sorry, your package was sent on July 16th and delivered on July 23rd, which was very fast. No one promised to deliver it on the 20th, so is this a misunderstanding?

Like the glasses but you did not give me what I paid for. The lenses were to be 1.74 and they are not I have a pair and they are 1.70 and are alot thinner than these.

We are very sorry, the refractive index is absolutely correct, but the larger the frame, the thicker the lens, and the smaller the frame, the thinner the lens will be

I'm having issues with them. I think they are too strong. My eyes hurt after wearing them for a bit & far away is blurry. That's never been an issue with any of my old glasses.

The frames are great. I love them! But the prescriptions are off. My near cousin is good, but my far vision makes me feel cross eyed. Objects that are flat appear warped. I double checked and the prescription numbers were entered correctly.

Update- sunglasses broke the first time I wore them. Left lens keeps popping out on my regular glasses. I really want to like them but they are not as good as I initially thought. Lenses are right prescription (progressive), frames look nice. Only issue: I was cleaning one pair and the lens popped out. Was easy to put back.

I always have issues with them. Always give me a blurry prescription in a progressive. When you email them is one email per day amd ot takes forever. They made me choose another pair because they said the one I chose was too big as a frame and its why the prescription was blurry. Mind you, I have order other pairs from them always the same size but this one being the worst. My fault!, never will order again. Paine glasses always gets them right!.
