Something is wrong with the lenses. I can’t wear them. The prescription is either wrong or the pupil distance is. I need to return them. I have emailed the company a couple times and they will not get back to me.

Poorly made not to rx and broke after one month.
These glasses were not cut to my prescription. I couldn't see well and I had double vision. They broke after one month. I ordered a pair from another online company and the cut was perfect. I don't recommend using this company.

I sent my prescription in and they did a terrible job making my prescriptionordered…
I sent my prescription in and ordered the pair of glasses. These glasses are so strong I can't use them, a total waste of money, I feel ripped off. I will also tell others if my experience.

Do not buy their plastic frames
I bought 3 pairs of plastic frame glasses. Each of them lasted about a month before the frame just cracked in the thinner places around the lens. I didn't drop or squish them. One just made a weird noise while I was wearing them and it was the frame cracking and boinging out of place. Order#22510183558

Tried glasses on they didn't seem to be…
Tried glasses on they didn't seem to be right so I took them to an specialist and none of the prescription is correct. I also purchased transition lenses and the optician held them under UV light and they didn't change. I requested a refund and they wanted me to send them back to China at my cost which would have been more than the cost of the glasses. On their website it says no return needed for a refund. This site is a SCAM and I've reported them to my states consumer protection agency.

The customer service agent tried to gaslight me
I received my glasses and immediately knew something wasn’t right. So I went to my optometrist to check my perscription and ask to have the lenses analyzed with their machine.
1. The PD was wrong. 2. ADD was wrong.
3. The axis was wrong. 4. The lenses weren’t centered and 5. The progressive imaging looked more like the regular progressive and I ordered the premium progressives. The photochromatic lenses were disappointing but that isn’t a manufacturing error. I've had photochromatic before and these don't get dark like others I've had. I wondered if they were defective or just low quality.
I emailed service with all the issues discovered at the optometrist and requested a refund. Here was the “customer service” reply I got:
"Hi. First of all, your glasses were made according to your prescription. And your optometrist should know that as long as you move those lenses slightly, the measurement results will be different. Near the edge of our lenses is a number with the add 2.50 which also proves that we have made glasses according to your prescription.
Additionally, photochromatic has two characteristics. First, it will take 10 minutes to be exposed to light to change the color. The stronger the light, the darker the color. Second, photochromatic is not tinted sunglasses and cannot be as dark as sunglasses. Also, our lenses are tested three times before we send them out. They are definitely made according to the customer's s require. You can check again.
The easiest way to test is when your glasses are exposed to strong light for 10 minutes walk into the room quickly and put your glasses on white paper. You will see the color of the lenses clearly. Thank you.
Your Sincerely,
Hygge"
Customer service agent spent two-thirds of this email educating me on the photochromatic piece, which has nothing to do with the five other manufacturing errors that I shared. Furthermore, the agent blamed me, a licensed optometrist and technology, rather than considering that there was actually a manufacturing error, which I provided ample evidence of. I only went to the optometrist to have the lenses analyzed because I couldn't see through the glasses. They were problematic.
Their refund policy states a 100% refund for manufacturing errors. When I had vision issues, I went to the optometrist to see if I needed an adjustment in my prescription or if there was something wrong with the glasses. We discovered there were several things wrong with the glasses. The agent only addressed one of 5 problems (in a condescending combative response) with no instructions on the refund process as requested. It seemed to me the email was simply an attempt to tell me I was wrong about my own glasses.
I sent them pictures of the prescription I gave them, the imaging results, pictures of the manual markings on the lenses, pictures of my PD reading, pictures of how dark the lenses got compared to another pair of photochromatic lenses I have. I provided them with evidence for every single thing I mentioned in my email. I wasn't just attempting to return something for a full refund that I didn't like. I was requesting a refund for glasses I couldn't wear due to production issues.
I have been unemployed and so money is very tight. To not have a pair of glasses (my old ones broke) and be dismissed in my request for a refund that would allow me to get operational glasses was very disheartening.
Not getting the glasses right is frustrating, but the terrible customer service that followed is what will prevent me from ever doing business with this company again.
I can't see out of the glasses, so don't tell me that the glasses are correct and I'm wrong. I did my own due diligence by going to the optometrist to ensure that my prescription wasn't the issue, and get specifics on why I wasnt seeing correctly. Stop gaslighting me and honor your own refund policies.

I have tried several times to contact with no response.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the company for a refund, I have not received a response to my email, texts, or phone calls. This situation is particularly frustrating because there is a limited window of 14 days from the date of receipt for their 100% satisfaction guarantee or a refund. Unfortunately, I am unable to use the glasses due to manufacturing errors. The seg height is set too low for the progression lenses, making it difficult to read. Holding the glasses above my eyebrows allows me to see, but adjusting my head does not improve the situation. Additionally, I paid for the ultimate coating for anti-reflection, which is not present on my other glasses. The reflection should show my eyes, not just the glass lens.
Update on my review:
As of yesterday, Muukal has responded to my text messages. I am still awaiting a resolution to my issue, but I believe they are attempting to assist me.
