Considering that these folks are located in the UK (I'm assuming), and that the glasses are shipped from an Asian country, the transaction went very smoothly, quick shipping and delivery, glasses are of a very good quality, and at a gr8 price!!

Muukal has great glasses at amazing prices and I always do the BOGO option! My prescriptions are almost always correct. I have had one issue and they were replaced without question.

They provided great communication. Even though I made it confusing they responded to all my questions.

I recently purchased a pair of glasses with progressive lenses. They were not working out but this company graciously exchanged them for traditional lenses.

I have placed two orders for three pairs of glasses and have my third selection ready to go. Here's why: 1) AMAZING selection. They have several hundreds to select from and therefore, something for everyone. 2) CREATIVE styles! If you want to step out of your comfort zone... you can. From classic to wacky, pick YOU and 3) DEALS galore! For whatever your need: one, two or three pairs of glasses can be had at a STEAL. Coupons on their website. Now, I have loved each pair of my glasses but one. It just didn't fit right on my face (an error in my measurements), so I reached out to customer service and they were GREAT. We discussed options, and I was able to select something fabulous (the Oldwin, if you're curious!) Now, my new pair are in the queue to be made. I will have to wait 10-21 days as stated on their site, but I am confident that they will be PERFECT. Looking forward to my new pair and will be placing my third order soon!

Love, love, love my glasses. I did purchase one pair that the lense may be borderline too small for progressive lenses, so keep this in mind when purchasing. Not returning as i still love them.will purchase again.
