Did not know you were closed for Chinese New Year. Took longer to receive my glasses.

The price was amazing! I paid for express but it took 4 weeks. Trying them on on-line doesn’t give you the feel of the glasses on your face and I needed to have them adjusted still by my local optometrist. Lastly, two of the three, I don’t love, they are much larger than I expected. It was a good learning experience and maybe I will get accustomed to the size.

Love the frames I got but the progressive lenses are not quite right and I cannot wear them to work which involves large double screens for 8 hours a day. Got a headache and dizzy when I stood up

One pair out of 3 something wrong can’t wear at all . The other two are great

The frames are fine but 2 of the 3 pairs I bought are plastic frames. The height of the progressive is 8 mm too low on both pairs, making them pretty much useless for near vision. I should have known since there was no mention of that measurement when ordering. The pair with nose pads (allowing adjustments) are good.

I received three pairs of glasses and all of them fit well, came in their own case with a cleaning cloth. Two of them have withstood the test of time. However one pair (my favorite) has developed a "hue" on one of the lenses. At first I thought it was just smudged so of course I cleaned it, but that did not help. They are not scratched, but instead something seems to have happened inside the lens. If you hold it up to the light at the right angle you can see these hazy lines threw the middle of the lens, but it seems to be inside the lens, because both sides of the lens are smooth and clean. I am not sure what happened, but they were not like this when I got them. Maybe extreme temperature changes?? When I tried to contact Muukal, my order was not even on file anymore, I guess they delete the orders after a certain time? I have only had the glasses for 3 months.

The prescription does not work well for distance vision. The closest vision works okay. The pair I received with the sunglasses that connect with magnets broke the first time I used the sunglasses.
