One of my pair of glasses were supposed to be actual sunglasses and neither pair actually transitions darker. The pair that was supposed to be sunglasses doesn't seem to have the right prescription

All 3 of my glasses came out blurry. Customer service asked for a picture and said they were all too big. I have the same style from other companies, with NO problems. They sent me another pair which was better but not perfect. When i reached out about other solutions, I was told I have 4 pair of glasses " what more do you want?". They gave me a $65 coupon which expired within a week. Don't bother.! Lisa is not that helpful.

I am not happy with the darkness of the transition lens. I still have to squint because it is too light. Im not happy with the fit. The large frames still squeeze behind my ears. I'm not happy with the style with 2 of the 3 that I ordered. The photograph "try on" did not give a good representation of the style/colors.

After I left my first review, I started to receive texts late at night regarding my glasses. The customer service person proceeded to tell me “what I needed to do “ in a very condescending manner. Not in a helpful manner. I basically told him/her where to go and leave me alone. They continued to text me after midnight. The phone number is now blocked. Not only are the glasses in adequate but so is the customer service.

None of the three glasses were correct. All lenses were very distorted and unwearable.

The prescription is off on all 5 pairs I ordered I am SO disappointed. I am bringing them to my eye doctor on Tuesday to see if they can look at them and see if the glasses are even my prescription or just glass

Two of the 3 pairs’ lenses were not correct. You have taken too long to offer a refund after making me jump thru hoops to prove they were wrong. I had to take the frames to an eye center to get new lens put into both pair. Expensive. Your customer service is very poor and takes much too long to respond. Refund offered is too low. I want 2/3 of my original $129 refunded. $86.00, not $50.00. That is what it will take to satisfy this mess. It’s fair.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses with these people. And they sent me a pair of nasty glasses and then tell me they want more money because I didn't order it correctly which is a bunch of bull! I ordered sunglasses and they turn around and tell me that I didn't order them they want more money for me! Don't order from these people they're a scam you're just looking out to get more money from you. Do not order from them I want my sunglasses and they won't give them to me until I pay more money
