Glasses were late and once I got them, I took to my eye doctor and they said they were crap. The prescription was wrong and not curved correctly.

Dollar store frames for $85. Beware what you buy. Ordered 3 pairs of glasses and all were made with wrong prescription. Only one was remade and now they no longer answer any emails. BAD BUSINESS!!!!

The glasses were way to big and blurry. I was told prescription was correct. If I can't see, what good are they? I was then told to take a picture with each of the glasses on. I don't have time to be doing all of this. The bottom line was they don't fit, and I cannot see. You would think they would just either redo or refund, but I guess this company does neither.

The glasses were horrible. Feels like I'm in a 3D fun house matrix effect and the nose pieces were not centered in the rifgt place one was higher than the other.

I wouldnt even give them ONE star for their customer service....absolutely horrific. It shouldn't take four emails just to get an initial response, and then back and forth, back and forth with dozens of emails - asking for pictures, then telling me they need the picture a specific way, telling me they emailed me back when they DIDN'T. I will NEVER purchase from this company again, and I encourage you to look elsewhere.

I received two pairs of glasses, one was perfect, the other didn't include the bifocal prescription, not sure what to do ...

I really had high hopes for this company, it seemed they had many selections & some really cute frames. The frames all have price tags but that price changes/goes up, even if you are just wanting to buy the frames. There is never any information about shipping once they were paid for. Most, if not all frames are clear “plastic” so in order to see the color or design on your frames you would need to put them in a bright light source. Not what I expected. What a let down. Won’t be purchasing any more frames from them.

I ordered progressive lenses / glasses. Got a great deal for three pairs ... I thought. I tried on the glasses and for all three my vision was distorted. I took them to my optometrist office and they checked them out. The progressive 'line' was crooked and off center. I contacted Muukal regarding this and received back an email with a picture of how I should be wearing the glasses. I think I know how to wear glasses. No further word from them yet.
