When I first wrote my review I had placed an order but was overcharged by accident. I found it very frustrating trying to reach anyone to help resolve the problem. I sent several emails but I was surprised to hear from the company not long after I wrote a bad review. I was impressed with their quick response and willingness to fix the problem. While my experience started out poorly, I am happy to say that the company did a good job resolving the issue.

The styles are very nice and true to images. My only draw back is the premium progressive fields are not as wide as advertised. Especially the nearest field. Would recommend with that caveat.

I love the frame, but prescription isn't correct. I've reached out to the company. As of the moment there has not been a response.

The lens quality is good on all 5 pairs of glasses I bought. HOWEVER the frames broke on 3 of the 5 pairs within 60 days. I didn't not handle them roughly. They just cracked, all the different kinds of frames in different places. Customer service did send me replacement frames on 2 pair( which i have not yet put in).I was highly disappointed in the frame quality- but not the lens quality.

Glasses were pretty but both nose rests were uneven and loose.. not very impressed ...

Well I have ordered eight pairs and six of them have broke you've only replaced one. So in my opinion the quality of the frames is very low. And then I asked you to please send me free frames only and I will try to get my lenses replaced in the broken frames but you did not. So that's why you only get three stars they're all very cute glasses they just don't last very long.

One of the glasses I ordered are bent, I tried to fix them best I could but they still are crooked on my face :( The glasses that arrived crooked were the corey Golden Rectangle Simple Metal Eyeglasses
