I had a terrible experience with Muukal Optical, a company based in China. I spent close to $300 on three pairs of glasses, and not a single pair was wearable. One literally cracked in half just from sitting in the car for a couple of days — no impact, no pressure. All three pairs had incorrect prescriptions, and I couldn’t see properly through any of them. After months of back and forth and 20+ emails, their only "solution" was to offer me to remake 2 of the three prescription glasses and take a chance again or a partial refund, but only if I paid out of pocket to ship them back to China. In the end, it would have cost me even more money just to recover half of what I already lost. This company sells low-quality products and provides terrible customer service. Their return policy is a hassle and seems designed to discourage returns. I strongly do not recommend Muukal Optical. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I provided my Rx and ordered 2 pairs of near vision (reading) glasses. Both pairs were so blurry, I could not read a thing. I attempted to resolve the problem with "customer service" numerous times. I was offered a refund of $15 for both pairs. I declined and said I wanted a full refund. I was told that I had to send the glasses back at my expense if I wanted a full refund. Sending the glasses back to CHINA would cost approximately $100....more than I paid for the glasses themselves. I reiterated that I wanted a full refund and would not be returning the glasses at my expense. Then they stopped communicating with me altogether. Additionally, "customer service" appears to be one person who you are communicating with in China who doesn't have a good command of the English language and, because of the time difference, only messages in the middle of the night. Don't be tempted by the low price. You get what you pay for....horrible lenses that you can see out of and terrible customer service.

DO NO BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!! They refuse to honor their own return policy. I have asked multiple times for assistance and have been ignored. I even contacted the better business bureau to try and get them to respond and Muukal ignored them as well. Glasses are priced and made dirt cheap. Their honesty and customer service is absolute crap.

I ordered progressives and all 3 glasses I can see distance but reading is too blurry to make anything out. I sent an email and never heard back. I’m very disappointed

I got my pair of glasses. Bought progressive lens, I can see far, but not near to read.Not happy

Ordered 3 pairs of progressive lens glasses. All of them were distorted. They will not honor their 100% guarantee policy and are actually a chinese company faking an american address. They say I would have to send them back and pay $50 in shipping and the 45% tariff, which would amount to zero refund. Customer service is terrible... the number they send in the package is always busy. Calling the line listed on website says "google customer is not available." Sent messages through both their online portal and regular email. Finally got a text back... no one will talk to you live. They kept refusing to do anything by saying nothing was wrong. The near objects had a curve to them and the far focus was only a tiny circle straight ahead, not along the full top of the glasses as progressives are designed to be. They are unwearable and a scam!
