On the suggestion of my wife, I tried ordering my latest pair of glasses from this company. I followed the directions on their website in the order process, including my latest prescription. I've been wearing progressive glasses for a number of years, and my latest prescription indicated stronger glasses needed. I received the glasses the beginning of August. I used the new customer deal and ordered the buy one get one free. I liked the frames and the condition of the glasses when they arrived. However, I could not read hardly any text. That was with both pair. Included in the package was an introduction to Muukal with how to properly use and take care of my new glasses, along with an email of how to contact the company with questions. I emailed them my concerns on 8/4 and as of today 8/15, still no response. I also went to the Muukal website and to the contact page there, where I was told would be contacted in 12 hours. That was 4 days ago. Still nothing. My suggestion to you is buy your glasses from somewhere else. I obviously will not recommend this company to my friends, and was very disappointed in my experience with them.

I purchased the 3 pairs deal. The lense are distorted around the edges and uncomfortable to wear. I've reached out for a refund and haven't heard back from anyone. Just please don't buy here. Unless your prescription is very low, chances are you'll run into the same issue as mines.

I wouldn't even give them one star if it were an option. This company is a joke. Good luck getting a reimbursement if they screw up your order. I went back and forth with someone for over a month. They kept saying "We replied to your email, have you received it?" when they had never actually responded. Rather than tell me everything they would need upfront, they would request one thing at a time...and then I'd have to email and email to get the next response from them. For whatever reason, they even required me to take a picture of myself with a pair of the glasses on. After about a month of this nonsense, they said they'd pay me back $85 from my order. I had paid close to $200. They refused to give my anything more..on top of that, they REQUIRED that I delete my review on their page under my order in order to receive the refund, and stated it's their policy. When I asked them to show me the policy, as I thoroughly reviewed their site for it....crickets. I have not received any further communication, NOR did I receive any amount for a refund. This company is a JOKE and their products are shit.

I could not see out of a couple pairs of these. One pair broke when I opened it and tried them on.

Company processed my glasses order then cancelled it with no information as to why they cancelled it, and didn’t alert me the order had even been cancelled.

I am so sick of this company. They did not make my glasses as I ordered. Now, they have all the bases covered so you can not contact them. And they never address the problem. Don't waste you time and money on this scam company. They have asked for my order # about 5 times. And I have sent it as many times. This is another avoidance tactic. It is a computer response. A person never sees our responses.

Slow shipping. Wrong prescription and I put the correct prescription in. Waste of money.

Shipping takes forever. And the prescription is wrong. I double checked I entered it correctly. I paid for transition lens and didn't get them. Waste of money.
