I love the glasses, but I can't wear them. The lenses are off somehow and affect my vision adversely.

They sent me a pair of glasses that I absolutely love. They look beautiful and are so comfortable, but I cannot see through them. They admitted their fault, but refuse to refund the whole amount and pay for return shipping. Their site also says that any prescription can go in any frame, which is not true if the prescription becomes distorted when put in the frame. I love these glasses, but they are useless to me. I've tried straightening them with heat, but the frame won't budge. I still need some sunglasses, but I'm out over $35 now. I'll be shopping through Payne glasses when I am able because I've never had a negative experience with them. This was one of their responses: "Okay, Because this frame has a certain curvature, which will make some customers uncomfortable to wear. We can send you a $30 coupon and you can place a new order for glasses, okay?" They are not uncomfortable. Research explains that opticians are responsible for putting prescriptions in frames that curve so much that the prescription is distorted. Muukal is the optician and should abide by their policy, but they won't. After Muukal responded on here, I responded to them by email, sending them all the information once again. There does not seem to be a way to respond on here. They have again not responded to my email. (9/4/25) They finally responded and still want me to spend more of my money sending back their faulty product before they will give me my refund or i can have just $15. Has anyone successfully received a refund? All I've read is trouble.

None of the glasses are made properly (I ordered 3 pair). They all make me dizzy. I reached out to customer service and no one contacted me back.

You are still ignoring me. I want to know what you are going to do about the missing PHOTOCHEMICAL coating on one pair of glasses. I FEEL LIKE I AM BEING IGNORED. I ordered 3 pair of glasses and I love all of them. They fit well and arrived in excellent condition. However, I ORDERED PHOTOCHEMICAL LENS on one pair and IT IS NOT THERE, even though it is listed on the package copy of the order. Also, it took 3 weeks for delivery since they are shipped from China instead of Dallas, TX. What will you do about the photochemical product not being applied to the lenses? They don't darken in the sunlight and I need that feature.

I used to love buying from Muukal but my last pair of glasses were made wrong and they will not fix them. I contacted customer service many times and they ignore me. Their customer service stinks! I will never order from them again and I urge everyone else to use the other glasses sites.

i paid extra for 4 day shipping and it took more than double to arrive
