I love the glasses but the prescription seems off. I feel a bit dizzy when puting them on. I will try again.

I had so much fun going through your website you have so many styles that are outrageous like I like. I spent hours choosing since I got my new prescription and unfortunately I can't see out of them. It almost seems like you took a reading glass and tried to turn it into my prescription I don't know but I have to return them as I cannot see out of them. Two of them were sunglasses and I can't be driving, I have been slated with 20/20 vision with my prescription so it was disappointing that I couldn't see. I have ordered Progressive because I cannot see how to bifocals and it doesn't seem like the right vision is in the right spot. Maybe if you have single Vision or just reading glasses you'll be fine but if you have a prescription from a doctor I'm not sure they're able to get you satisfied.

I am satisfied with the glasses I received. I've worn progressives for a while now, so I'm used to how to wear them. An issue I've noticed is a rounded effect of objects I'm looking at at a close, slightly downward angle. I've never experienced this before. I'll get used to it. Production & shipping times are just as listed. My major issue was upon receipt. The glasses are shipped in their case, in the mailing bag, with packing tape wrapped tight all around it! I have arthritis in my hands & it was difficult to use scissors & try to pry the wrapping off the case. This method could be approved upon.

You have great prices. Your customer services needs improvement. Tried to communicate with you by phone several times. Hard to reach. Your frames seemed to be for Large size more than med or small. Had a hard time finding something I like in MED. Also most of them were much heavier than I am accustomed to wearing.
