You owe me a refund- you cut the PD wrong on all three pairs( not even in the same place) thus far I’ve had zero resolution from your company.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. They cant read your prescription you fax in. Then blame you for not giving the correct information and they have the Dr order. Then to send them back you have to send them to China and you pay tariff is 45% of the order, and the shipping cost is approximately $50 which is more then the glasses. I have 2 pairs of glasses I can't use and out 81.00. They have poor customers service. They said I put the wrong PD I never put a PD in because I was never asked for it. They said the system puts it in.

Would give them none if possible. Bought two pairs of frames originally (without prescription lenses (but had to pay for clear ones anyway) 5/22. Reading glasses frame broke within one week. I did temporary repair and paid about $500 for new frames and lenses. Then The sunglasses frame did exactly the same thing in about another week. (they were both kept in case when not worn.) I reordered the same sunglass frame (5/31) (no refund requested), had the lenses put in and the next day the frames broke.

Hello, we suggest that you do not place another order because your order is truly the most chaotic in history. Firstly, you mentioned that one pair of glasses was broken and we remade them. Two months later, you mentioned that you had a new prescription and asked us to remake all the glasses. According to your thinking, as long as you have a new prescription, we will have to remake the entire order. Therefore, we are not willing to accept your order again. We apologize

Great prices but shoddy products and even worse customer service. My brand new eyeglass frame cracked and my lens fell out while I was driving. Asked Muukal to replace them. Have to say I confused matters by asking them if they could add a bifocal element on the replacement pair which they said would at an additional cost of $20 which I agreed to and sent over by PayPal. They claimed they never received the money so I asked if they could just replace my glasses with an identical pair (no bifocal added) as my original. Never heard back from them.

My glasses were mailed to the wrong address and were subsequently stolen from the address to which they were mailed. I didn't receive my glasses. I'm not a happy or satisfied customer.
