MuukalOpticalReviews of muukal.com

Took a while to get used to online ordering etc., but the overall experience was excellent. Glasses were received in very good time. Products are good quality and all look good. There was one that I figured might be a bit small, it is a tight fit, but they are useable. Price for promotional 3 pair price was excellent. Good job!

I ordered 3 pair of glasses. Two are good prescription wise ,but the sunglasses I can’t even use. The prescription is off completely. Pros: cute glasses. Cons: the quality prescription isn’t good.

I really liked the style of all three pairs. However I’m not completely satisfied with the lenses. I’m not sure the prescription is right. I have ordered from Zenni in the past with my current prescription, which is the same one I sent to Muukal, but I’m not able to see as well. I tried Muukal because I liked the options for the frames, but I’m not sure I’d order from this company again.

Purchased the 3 pair promotion Bifocals..... The prescription was good the glasses arrived faster than I expected.... The glasses looked good and I initially was happy with my purchase until I wasn't.... The hinge points on my glasses were very weak and it wasn't long until all three pairs had the ear piece to come loose and finally detached and fell off... The hinges were still attached to the frame the problem was where the hinge attached to the ear piece.... I sent an email about the issue and I asked them if they could be repaired but never heard anything back....

I really love the appearance of the glasses, however, the measurements are off and I cannot use them. I realize getting a prescription correct is difficult, especially when I may not have been precise in measuring my old glasses. I think if the nose piece was shorter, I might be able to use them. I wish I could wear them, I love them.

I really hate to complain, I thought I was purchasing sun glasses, one pair is tinted very nicely, the second pair is just regular sunglasses. I love your work but just a little disappointed they both were not for the sun. I must of ordered wrong. Thank you

one pair out three are worth wearing. One pair actually is so bad they are hard to open. Feel like they will break first time I wear. Thinking about returning. Had more in shopping cart. Deleted! Won't purchase again.

The prescription was perfect. The frames look great but the quality of the frames are poor in my opinion. I expect them to fall apart.
