Prescription is off.

I can't see out of the glasses. Something isn't right with them. Also, I thought I ordered the sunglasses to be that - sunglasses. nope they are clear lens. not sure if that was my mistake or yours. i will not be using you again.

All 3 of the glasses I ordered are near unusable. They are progressives and the reading area is at the very bottom of the lens, I have to pick them up to see while reading. Vision overall is still blurry at all distances. They are now in a drawer. Very disappointing. UPDATE ! I was told the PD measurement my optometrist gave me was wrong and that is why my glasses, 3 pair, are not right. So I am out money and nothing to show. They did offer to make me one pair of single vision glasses. Then I was asked to delete this negative review before they would make them. So unless I do what they ask, I'm screwed. They can keep their glasses. I would not recommend this company! I put the numbers down that were on my prescription. How was I to know they were wrong? I was told I could not send them back to have the lenses remade, so all 3 pair went in the trash.

Everything was fine except the prescription was wrong, which is a big problem. Not sure what went wrong.

I ordered 3 pairs … they are bifocals .. I’m not sure what exactly is wrong .. but the bottom (bifocal) is super blurry .. they all 3 seem to be different .. not pleased at all . Not able to use them :(

The quality of the glasses were not as expected. The prescription did not appear to be right. Although the frames look nice on line they were very plastic feeling in person.

Although I I am pleased with the frames and prescription, I had intended to order 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses. I was disappointed to see that only one pair was sunglasses. I tried to contact you 3 times, but to no avail. I ordered 4 pairs of glasses in all (2 for myself and 2 for my husband) and I’m hoping you can offer a solution to this issue. Thank you very much.
