I cannot use any of these glasses. the bifocal isn't positioned correctly

If I could give them minus stars I would. Ordered 3 pair of progressives glasses cannot see out of any of them. Their solution was to refund half the cost if i returned them to china paying tariffs. Considering they screwed up the glasses that was unacceptable. Now they are just not responding and i am stuck with hundreds of dollars of glasses i cannot use. Don’t be sucked in. Do not buy from muukal!!!

Very poor customer service. I kept waiting for my order to arrive and, after contacting the company, I was told they had cancelled my order (with no communication stating that). I have also received poorly created lenses and customer service was incredibly rude and minimally helpful.

Sadly I can read my experience with Muukal repeatedly in other reviews. Received an unwearable pair of chitty glasses. Replaced with an even chittier pair of unwearable glasses. Offered a partial refund, unless I return them to some Chinese address (extortion)! And finally being called "100% scammer and liar" in their reply to my review. Rinse and repeat, and I'm the scammer!

3 months and countless back and forth trying to get my glasses right! A 50% refund offer or ship them back to China at my expense doesn't sound like 100% customer satisfaction. Oh wait, Muukal represents itself as being out of Texas...NOT! GO ELSEWHERE

Ordered 2 pairs . Same prescription. 1 pair I am unable to due to lens begin blurred Service department wanted me to take photos to prove the fact. Very odd request. There was no offer of replacing the pair I can not use, only a cash refund which does not even cover the pair of glasses. We will not be using this company again. Customer service needs to learn some manners.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses from Muukal Optical, and they were not of good quality. The frames were heavy, too wide, and I wanted to return them. Muukal's customer service was terrible! They wouldn't provide me a way to ship the glasses back, and then when I told them the frames were too wide and heavy, they asked if I would take a photo of myself wearing them. When I told them I would not agree to that due to privacy reasons, they were rude and argued that they needed the photos to verify that the frames were too wide for me. This request is absurd. I won't be ordering from this company again and will just throw the glasses away.

The frames are really cute. They look great on me. I can't see. I'm so bummed. Order number #22609033774 *I was very careful putting in my prescription. I did not make a mistake. That is inaccurate information. I even sent pictures of my prescription. This company has poor communication. I paid extra for postage to have them delivered before I left on vacation. *Do not pay extra for faster delivery.
