MuukalOpticalReviews of muukal.com

Staff were really helpful when there was a discrepancy between uploaded prescription and information entered. Glasses came very quickly, and prices are great. Have already recommended them to family and others.

The quality of my glasses is exceptional, combining both style and comfort seamlessly. The ordering process was straightforward and efficient, making the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend these glasses to others.

Great product! Nice color and fit well

I cannot say enough good things about Muukal. I have purchased eye glasses from them three times now, and each time they were exactly what I asked for at a price far less than anywhere else I looked. I made a mistake on one of my orders for three pair of glasses, and they ended up too blurry for me to use, and after talking with Muukal they figured out the mistake I made and then offered to fix the problem for free!! That was absolutely above and beyond for customer service to take a mistake that I admittedly made and offer to remedy it with new glasses for free. All in all I ordered three pair with all the upgrades and the total cost was under $200, and they replaced all three due to the mistake I made for free! Five ⭐️ all around for this company.

The glasses are made with quality materials. Very pleased

I had an issue with my eyeglasses and reached out for a replacement—honestly expecting a long wait and a headache. But they surprised me! The process was quick, painless, and completely covered—no cost to me. They handled everything professionally and made sure I was taken care of fast. It’s rare to get that kind of no-hassle support these days. Grateful and impressed!

I got the right design as i seen on picture. Love it.

It did take a little longer to get but other than that I like the glasses and cases.
