The glasses are super cute and fit my face well. I did the 3 for $119 deal. One pair I didn’t transition lenses and they don’t get as dark as I thought they would and the sun glasses I purchased were also way lighter than I expected. Other wise they seem to be good.

I like the style of the glasses but the lenses I was under the impression I was getting transition lenses...not sunglasses.

Easy to order, glasses and frames seem to be good quality. I'm a little disappointed with the darkness of the photochromic lenses. They seem very light in full sunlight. Tracking numbers are nice after production is finished, but when nothing moves for 3 weeks it's disconcerting considering I paid extra for faster shipment. A little more transparency on where things are would be nice.

I have purchased three pairs I love them all but the first pair had lines and I wear progressives I wish I could have been able to wear them but I can't I will give them to a place that gives glasses to people that can't afford them

This is the second time I have ordered progressive glasses from Muukal and I am pleased. The ordering process is straightforward and I have not encountered any problems. They have a great variety of frames and the low price enables me to buy different colors and styles that I normally wouldn't try. The frames do seem to be a little more lightweight than those I would buy at the optician, but for me that is not a problem. The only thing that could be improved is their shipping. Sending eyeglasses through the mail with NO box or padding and simply wrapped in a thin poly bag with lots of packing tape is asking for trouble. Not even a fragile sticker. Both of my orders arrived undamaged but a simple padded envelope would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, due to non existent customer service I will not be ordering again. I have a problem with two of the pairs but they just give ridiculous canned answers and no resolution. Chalk it up to "you get what you pay for"
