Customer service is top notch. Quick and more than happy to go above and beyond. The three pairs I received are better than the pairs I’ve gotten from the Dr’s office. The premium progressive are easy to adjust to and the upgraded coating make puppy nose prints easy to remove. Already planning my next order.

I have nine pairs of glasses from Muukal. Not only are their frames great, but the lenses are better quality than any I’ve ever had, and I’m severely nearsighted and wear progressives. Their customer service is excellent - great communication, and they promptly replaced one pair that was flawed, at no charge. I love Muukal, and will continue to recommend it at every opportunity!

To be honest, if I would've read the reviews first I would've never buy from Muukal. First, I bought and then looked for the reviews so I regretted the purchase. Now, that I have my glasses I'm so happy with my purchase. I got two pair of glasses for the price of one and so far I'm so happy with them. The frames are cute and affordable, there's no blurred vision, no dizziness and I got them earlier than I expected. My experience has been so good and I'll continue shopping from them. By the way, I recommend my mom to also get her glasses for them as she's in love with my funny frame which I paid just $2.99 for it and it's so cute. Thanks Muukal and "see" you next year.
